(x+ y+ z)(yz+ zx+ xy)- xyz

[x+ (y+ z)][(y+z)x+ yz]- xyz

The next step says it should be:

(y+ z)x^2+ xyz+ (y+z)^2x+ yz(y+ z)- xyz

Thing is, I have no idea how they get "xyz" out of that equation.

Okay! Since writing out long hand hurts... substitute y+z with p

So: y+z=p

You get:

(x+ p)*(px+ yz)- xyz

Now try to solve it.
