The Court

Hi Everyone! This is my first storybook! It is inspired by Tamora Pierce's Beka Cooper
(not the same I just used the idea of a court of Rogues and a Rogue)
Well! Let's get started!

Plot

The Court of Rogues is the home of thieves, murderers, gamblers, pickpockets and anyone else who lives outside of the law. The Rogue, the ruler of these criminals, is reeking havoc throughout the kingdom.
Krissy Hunter and her friends come up with a dangerous scheme to bring down this powerful Rogue. They must wind themselves through the court, making all the right decisions or it would cost them.

Characters

There is room for quite a few characters in this story, though I can't promise that they will all play a major role in this story. I decided that there should be 20-25 characters in this story. All the characters have to be part of the Court and have a day-time occupation. Though this takes place in Medival Times the ages are closer to modern times so, a 19 year old would not be married or have children (unless they wanted too)

Krissy has a band of 5 friends (both girls and boys from ages 14 to 25 please!). They all have a variety
of Rogue talents (pickpocketing, fighting, gambling, bribes etc).

There can only be 1 Rogue. (Whoever creates this character, be prepared from him or her to die for that is how you bring down the Rogue).

There are 5 servers to the Rogue. These people will fight for the Rogue (some may be completely faithful, other can have their faith changed with a few coins. But that's up to you).


There are 3 informants. These people provide information to whoever pays them. (These guys are incredibly sneaky but honest in their reports).

There are 10 people who will either help or fight with Krissy and her friends (But once again that's up to you)

There can be random add-ins like someone so-and-so gambles with but we do not need a profile for those guys.

Rules!

Follow all YWS rules
No god moding
This is R rated for sexual innuedos and language only ( no descriptive sex scenes)
The Court is the home of criminals so, murder, robberies and assualt and things like that are acceptable
Ask permission before killing off any character with a profile
Krissy's gang should be small time criminals and build their way up in power
Day jobs can be creative but no nobiltiy should be involved with this
Swearing should kept to a point. Though you can go ahead and make up some old fashion cuss

Name: Kristen "Krissy" Clark Hunter
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: Long black hair, icy green eyes with a mischevious gleam to them, fair skin with light freckles on her cheeks. Thin but mostly made of pure muscle. Average height. Has a snake tattoo wound around her right arm. Always carries knives on her calves.
Day-time occupation: Fruit and vegetable seller/singer
Rogue Talents: Small time thief and gambler. Good with picklocks and escaping from sticky situations. She fights with the silver daggers she carries everywhere.
Personality: A tough girl with a quick tongue and a good sense of humour. She is always stirring up trouble and is quite the heartbreaker. It takes a lot to get her to open up though. She is the kind of person who follow their gut feeling most of the time.
Habits: She cracks her knuckles when she is tensed for a fight and twirls her hair when she is thinking hard.
Other: She has a personal grudge against the Rogue after he/she killed her older brother and sister.

Personality: Very dry sense of humor. Rowan is distrustful at first, and takes nothing for granted. He is quick and clever, but vengeful. He never explodes in anger, but will slowly take his revenge until the person is nearly driven insane.

History: His childhood was disrupted at almost every turn. Rowan's family was always very poor. His younger siblings all died of a childhood illness when Rowan was eight. Rowan caught it too, but he fought it off. His older brother was thrown in jail on a charge of horse theft. When Rowan was eleven, his father began to gambol obsessively and was killed in a fight over winnings. Rowan's mother disappeared when Rowan was thirteen. Rowan left left penniless and on the streets. He resorted to theft and pickpocketing to make a living. Rowan actually first met Krissy trying to pickpocket her. They bonded quickly, and Rowan was the first of Krissy's group of friends. Soon Krissy and Rowan were able to commit bigger and more profitable thefts, finally attracting the attention of the Court of Rogues.

Appearance: He has his father's dark brown hair but his mother's blue eyes. People say that his eyes are the only redeeming factor about him and that he'd be better off not having any resemblance to his drunkard father.

Day-time occupation: plays guitar for Krissy while she sings.

Rouge Talents: If there's anything good that Frank's irish heritage has given him it's that he's a good brawler. He has good instincts and his specialty's in dog fights.

Personality: Frankie's rough around the edges and a first rate trouble maker. He's always getting into fights whether its over his moral code or his heritage. Him being an irish in a mostly english society often calls for a lot of brawls. He absolutely hates drinking because of what the sauce has done to his family and his father. He's always sticking up for his good for nothing dad and takes care of his sick mother at home. He has to play father figure for his little brother (someone can play him if they want) and takes up his dad's weight as the man of the house. The only time that he feels like a kid is when he's playing guitar for Krissy.

Habits: He moves his hands when he talks and hides on the roof when he's upset and thinking.

Other: *If it's ok with you Kama I was thinking that he could have a crush on Krissy* He's liked her since they were little but he's too afraid to confess. He can handle fights with thugs but has his tail between his legs when it comes to girls.

Appearance: leather-faced, stocky, business-y

Day-time occupation: retired, owned and ran a single casino

Rogue Talents: is secretly in connection with most runners of organized crime, solely and quietly manipulating them to meet his goal of growing worldwide influence

Personality: keeps what those close to him believe to be a facade of formality and detachment; his true personality is unknown

Habits: does not participate directly in any activities illegal or generally considered amoral

Other: had a wife with whom he was unable to have children, and died after 15 years of marriage

Name: Zeke. Nick named Z blade.

Gender: male
Appearance: He has short whit hair, it is dyed. His eyes are cold and blue, with a slight bit of crazy in them. His hair is always in a mess as well. He has a long scar down his right check, and one that comes diagonally down from his left eye.He has several tattoos. Some even he does not know about yet. And he does not have the memory to keep them all in his head (all on his back mostly, with three on his arms (one on one, two on the other) I'll let people say what they are.) he is tall, and with large muscle amounts. This is his normal look. Before going out he dyes his hair black, and and has a way to make his eyes green. He hides his scars, and his most known tatto, a mark he wears which is two flaming snakes curled around a sword, where a skull hand, located on his right bicep.
Day-time occupation: He runs an illegal ambling ring. He does not interact with it, just run it from a hidden area.
Rouge Talents: He knows all of the tricks of his trade. Though his fighting if the best, stealing the worst.
Personality: Not what you would think. He is fun loving, and adventure seeking. Very rash, and never thinks things through. He is up for anything, no matter what the danger is, he is just hocked on adrenalin rushes.
Habits: He likes to scruff his hair when thinking. crack his knuckles when amuse. And when he is mad he laughs.

I think it would be cute to have her fall for him in the end but I'll have to wait and see!
Boltage I think someone claimed the Rogue so you need to talk to them to agree on who gets him.

Day-time occupation: Works at an inn, as a maid, cook, receptionist; everything, because she doesn't like being idle.
Rouge Talents: She is an excellent thief, and extremely sly. She is decent at gambling, but dislikes fighting unless she has a weapon of some sort.
Personality: Remy is determined and fierce, but also quiet, and intelligent. She enjoys excitement and adventure, which is why she is with the Rogue. However, she is also quick to make friends with people, and enjoys being around others.
Habits: She flexes her fingers when she is nervous or agitated, and is always pushing her hair away from her face.
