okay we definitely have enough people now. Lets start people can still join so yeah...k

Cassidy:

My blond hair was tied up in a ponytail and swung idly back and forth as I walked up the school steps. My extra sensitive ears picked up the conversations around me but I'd learned to tune them out a long time ago. It was one of the first things I'd mastered after the change. My fists clenched unconsciously. That is once I'd gained enough control to be around humans again. The worse thing was that I couldn't even go back to my old friends, it was too dangerous. So they knew me as the weirdo who'd left for the better part of a year and came back rt of a year and came back completely changed, and I was changed. They just never knew how drastic the change actually was.was.
As I walked into the school I heard an all to familiar voice. It was one of my old friends, my best friend in fact. She was laughing loudly with a group of girl in the corner of the cafeteria. Even after a year and a half of hearing them it still felt like I was being punched in the stomach. I hurried off to my first class trying hard to block the sounds of their voices from my head.
never understood why things can't work out in life like they do in the movies... I guess I'm just a hopeless romantic...

New school, I groaned. Again. Ever since the change, I've been skipping around like crazy. It was not the choices I had in mind, but I never made the decisions. Ever.

I walked up the stairs. I preferred to keep to myself, but I could see that this was going to be a problem.

"Hey," one girl said, coming up to me, enthusiastically.

"Hey!" I replied with that same false enthusiasm. She didn't catch on.

"I can tell your new here," she said, smiling. "I could just pick you out from the crowd. I'm Karmen by the way. Anyway, I've lived here my whole life and I know everything. I'd be happy to help you out and-" it never ends, I thought. I walked inside the building with her gushing about every little thing. Then she grabbed my charm bracelet.

"Well that's pretty. May I see it?" She asked.

"No," I responded. I wasn't trying to be mean, I just never took it off. She laughed like it was a joke.

"I'll give it right back," she said, slipping it off my wrist. I jerked my hand back.

"I said no," I replied in a firm voice. "And I don't care about your boring superficial life." I walked away. I knew I had been mean, but she didn't understand. That was my bracelet. No one messed with that. Besides, my kind and her kind just don't mix.

Hey hey guys and gals =) In honour of TYWC then and uh, I should have asked this before but I don't suppose I can have two characters Ruler? *Is so sticking with that nickname as former just doesn't work* If not, ignore the second bio.

Name: Delilah (Dee) Kismet
Age: 17
Race: Vampire Slayer
Gender: Female

Appearance: Tall with long, dark brown hair and dark green eyes. She dresses in knee length black boots that have straps down the sides and often patterned tights and black or dark purple tight shorts. Her tops tend to be quite fashionable but never baggy and she doesn't wear jewelery except for a stud in her right ear (the left is not pierced). On close inspection, this stud is a red apple. She never takes it out.

Weapons: At all times Dee has silver stakes hidden on her person and two easily concealed silver hammers, one in her rucksack and the other attached to one of her boots. It's on the outside so vampires seeing her will often know what she is, it is both a warning and a threat. She also has a small crossbow kept in her rucksack and various vials of acid mixed with holy water as she doesn't believe in the power of the latter but has decided it doesn't hurt to have a possible extra kick to help the acid along.

History: Dee lost her brother to the vampires four years ago. She was saved by slayers but they were too late for the boy and destroyed his remains to prevent him from transforming. They took Dee in at her request and taught her everything she knows. She has recently passed the final test to become a slayer and been given a trainee of her own to teach.

Personality: Mechanical and quick, Dee has no emotion when she's on the job but sometimes she opens up and is very honest and caring.

Other: Up for love if you vamps can handle her. Oh and she kills other creatures too. Werewolves, ghosts, you name it, she's dealt with pretty much anything supernatural.

Name: Jaspar (Jay) Owens
Age: 17
Race: Vampire Slayer in training
Gender: Male

Appearance: He has dark russet red hair that's unkempt and thick. His eyes are a glacial blue, almost grey and he's well built. He dresses in black Tee shirts that usually have a design stitched in silver, often a wild animal such as a bear or tiger. Over these, he has a black leather jacket and we wears black pants, usually with heavy black shoes, each one with two metal straps on the front. The straps are iron but the metal has been mixed with silver so that he can use his shoes as weapons. He has a black backpack.

Weapons: Jay has wooden stakes, a gun that shoots silver bullets, a wooden mallet and vials of holy water. he also quite often can be foudn carrying garlic as part of his pack lunch, sometimes putting it on his sandwiches too. He has church blessed water in his drinking flask and likes to think it will help deter vampires from biting him.

History: A born and raised Vampire Slayer, Jay has yet to pass the tests and has been slow in learning to some degree. Recently his father retired so his teaching has passed to Dee.

Personality: Jay looks the part but doesn't act it. He's a bit of a fool and has none of the cool exterior every slayer needs to develop. He lacks the ability to recognise vampires and they have come close to killing him in the past but he's never locked away his emotion. Jay hasn't ever stopped to wonder why he wants to be a slayer.

Other: Possibly up for love.

Jane

I walked into the school building. I looked forward to see all my friends again, if I still had some, though. I walked through the corridor, while I looked at all the people. In the middle of the population, I saw Aaron. Should I talk to him? What if he didn’t remember me?
I changed a lot in the summer. Well, I could at least try.
I walked toward him, smiling. “Hi Aaron,” I said. He stare at me for a second, trying to remember if he knew me. And after three second he smiled back at me. “Hello Jane,” he said, while he gave me a one armed hug.
“Have you seen Cassidy?” I asked. I really wanted to see her, because I hadn’t see her all summer!
She was one of my best friends. He shook his head.
“I really need to talk to her,” I said while I walked backwards. “I see you later, Aaron, if you see some of the guys, tell them I’ll see them later, ‘kay?”
I turned around and walked down the corridor. Where was Cassidy? Where was everyone?

*I hope it's okay that Jane and Cass was best friends?*
May all your dreams come true.. (even the ones they laughed at).

All around me were kids running and hugging. Telling each other how much they missed them. I sighed and rubbed the cool silver charm bracelet on my wrist. I was a loner here already. That was fine by me. People annoy me. There was only one person I wanted to see but she was long gone. I would never see her.

I leaned against the locker and fiddled with the little interlocking chains that hung off the side of my skirt. I saw a girl over to the side talking excitedly to boy named Aaron. I walked further down the hall. I wasn't in any mood watch other people chat today. I just wanted to get this over with and go home. Someone tapped me on my shoulder. I spun around to see who it was.

**Anyone can come in (: **

Thank you! <3

Delilah

It would have been an ordinary day but for Jaspar. I'd had him under my control all Summer, we'd done some hunting, some training, even killed one or two but this was different. This was Highschool. He didn't understand the rules, already looking around eagerly, smiling at the girls and sizing up the boys.

We entered at the main gates and I watched him sweep ahead of me. First mistake. Always dawdle, those were the rules of Highschool. He stopped as he got closer to the huge doors and looked back at me in confusion. I caught him up.

"Walk slow," I instructed flatly.

"So what's my timetable like?" he asked with excitement. I got it out of my pocket and gave it him.

"We've got art and math together but other than those, you're on your own," I told him. He had a stupid grin on his face.

"Sounds neat, looks like I'd better get goin' then. Drama here I come!" He was off with the sweeping again. It looked fancy to the point that I was almost tempted to try it but that was asking for trouble.

Jaspar

Highschool was turning out to be amazing, I'd never seen so many children in one place before or such a variety of colour. The slayers were a real drawl bunch compared to these human creatures. Not that I aint human of course but you get me right?

Anyway so I was heading off to room 103 wherever that was and then I realised that I didn't have a clue at all. I'd seen plans of the school that I'd supposedly 'transferred' to but they'd made a lot more sense on paper.

It struck me that I'd have to ask someone. Neat, I'd get to talk to one of the humans. I chose a girl naturally, she was walking down the hallway looking straight ahead and probably knew where she was going. I tapped her on the shoulder, should have probably cleared my throat or something because she looked surprised that she'd not heard me walk up.

"Say, you know where room 103 is? I lost my map," I grinned sheepishly and held a hand out. "They call me Jay, it's short for Jaspar."

Aaron

Everyone seemed happy to see each other again. Well, almost everyone. There were still a few gloomy people who had apparently changed over the summer. To a degree, Aaron was one of them. Dad’s not human, mum is, I’m not half-anything though. They say I’m either one or the other. It’s gotta be human. I don’t want to be a part of dad’s world. Ordinary’s fine by me.

And yet, it seemed that ordinary wasn’t entirely fine. He didn’t know if he’d inherited this, or if it had just come with the revelation that his family wasn’t entirely human, but he was seeing now that not everyone here was human. But was he seeing it, or just imagining it?

He hoped it was the latter.

Jane, who he was sure was human, was dashing off into the crowds, off to find whoever she hadn’t already greeted.

Aaron stuck his hands in his pockets and walked towards Room 103. He had drama now, but he was barely focused on school, simply offering a few small smiles and nods to classmates and acquaintances. Jesus Christ…I’d better not manifest. But dad said my birthday in a few weeks would decide things.
He had decided to live forever or die in the attempt. - Yossarian, Catch-22

of course that's perfect bubblegum writer :) okay i'll try and bring Emily in :)

Cassidy:

I had math, my first class, with all humans except for one vampire, Emily. When I got there there was nobody in class yet because the bell hadn't rung so I just waited patiently. When it did Emily sat down beside me and I shot her a smile. She looked like she needed the encouragement. She smiled back as the teacher started talking. We had to stick together.

*Ring*

the class ended and simultaneously everyone got up from their seats. Emily and I walked out of the classroom together.
I bumped straight into Jane.

Shit! From the excited look on her face she wanted to talk. My brain went into panic mode and I shot Emily a desperate 'please help me!' face. Jesse apparently didn't notice it and started to talk.

Emily stood looking at Jane and Cassidy.

"Cassidy, Don't you urgently need to see Mr Lewis" She said as she began to drag her away but Jane followed walking by her.

"Why do you have to go see Mr Lewis?" Jane said as she rushed beside them.

"Erm... something that I missed out of my homework I need to rewrite" She said smiling.

I walked beside Emily and Cassidy. Trying to keep up with them, but I soon found out that they not wanted to talk to me. I slowed down; let them walk away from me. What had happened to Cassidy?
Had she got a new best friend?
I walked around at the school, trying to find people I knew.

*Know it's really short, but I have to eat dinner..*
