Sorry I posted this kind of in a hurry. It is a book and it's by Marcia Golub. It's about getting past all the mindless housework and junk that has to be done and just finding time to write. It has great advice as well as a lot of exercises to work off of.
My step grandmother bought it for me for Christmas a couple of years ago and I look to it often for help and advice. Just wondered if anyone else had read it.
