it kind of just looks awesome to me! I don't know much about manga or anime or whatever style this is (eeerr) but it does look cool.
I think that her hands look a bit awkward, though. Could you make the fingers thinner? And also, I'm not sure what degree of accuracy you're going for, but if she was wearing stripped leggings, the stripes would curve because of the shape of the leg.
But I really do like it; especially the pose of the shoulders and her expression.

thanks ^_^ Yeah, I noticed the stripes right after I posted this (bad luck v_v). Oh and I also noticed that I made her have six fingers on her right hand (oops). I'm glad you like it ^_^
I only noticed a couple things that popped out straight away.
1.The claws on the top of the wings are unproportional
2.Her boobs.....uh, there kind of lopsided.
3. And the last one, her nose looks like it should be more into the center.
This drawing has Grrrreat potetial, I love to draw stuff like this all the time!
