I like Lizzefer's idea but since ridersofdamar has Tezuka can Violet be with Vera? It could be fun, especially since they are such opposites in the way they are fighting and stuff.
I would love for Korah to be with... hmmm... how about Korah and Shinjroh? What do you think Billy, is that cool with you? Our characters have little to no contact with each other so it could be fun for them to work together a bit.
Okay so far we have
1) Tezuka = Itachi - Great team by the way, I like it!
2) Kezuna = Cole - not sure if you guys want it but it would be cool
3) Violet = Vera - If that is okay with you lizz
4) Korah = Shinjiroh - if it is cool with Billy
Which means we stiill have Suika without a team so she will need to be the third wheel for someone, we can decide that later.
And RidersofDamar (I am going to call you RoD for short for now... if that is okay) how about the four we fight at first are good, Jounin or above. But the last one is an S-ranked, more along the lines of an Orochimaru in terms of power and all. That way we can fight and kill some of the four, we don't need to kill all of them obviously, and then we can have a final battle with the last guy. And I have an awsome for his Bloodline that is VERY powerful like you wanted, it is something I wanted to use in a book so here it is... I did come up with it by the way...
Bloodline: Ketukagun
Ability: The Ketukagun is one of the least known eye bloodlines in existence. The users are often said to have eyes that resemble a snake in their hypnotic nature and the way they draw you in. When the user activates his eyes they turn pure black, looking like nothing but obsidian marble, however when someone who possess a bloodline trait looks into his eyes they fall under a hypnosis. For each second they stare into his eyes they are unable to use their bloodline for 3 hours afterwards. The eye jutsu puts the person who is caught in their stare into a sort of trance where they loose the memory of how to activate and control their bloodline ability. They may be able to still summon it, but they are unable to control it and most who try usually get killed by their own bloodline in their confusion on how to use it.
So basically you look into this guy's eyes, and for each second you stare into them you are unable to use your bloodline for 3 hours afterwards. If you stare in them for 5 seconds then for the next 15 hours you cannot use your bloodline. It is super good, and unique, plus it will be interesting to throw out characters into a place where they can't use the powers they have always relied on. I have a few more ideas for the other four if we need them, but there is my two cents. comments?

Also, with Suika. I am guessing that she will be partnered up with some random guy and we will move her on with small mentionings of things that happened. I believe that Suika should be one of the people who don't get through the exams. That way it may seemed varied. I am also thinking about doing that with Kazuna.

Whenever someone wants to write about their duel. That would probably be one of the pairs that is already set up for the missing nin, and Id really like the breainstorming, because I think I will be using it alot, and you'll be writing as Tezuka so you probably need to know too.

Okay so we need to come up with some stuff, don't we RoD.
So first we need to get some info laid down before we go any further. Is the tattoo and actual bloodline? Is it something that everything in your clan is born with, or is it more like the Cursed Seal that Orochimaru gives out, something that was put on your character at birth. We need to figure this out and decide and then go from there.
Now the tattoo grows, so how long were you thinking until it consumes you? How long is normal for your clan members to survive with this thing? Is it really fightable, are you able to resist it and only if it is activated that is when it begins to eat away at you. Further more are there different levels you can release it at? Like the cursed Seal Orochimaru gave out, there are two level of releases that transform the character more and more.
Now obviously there has to be some level of payment for what you do. So were you thinking of it being like the Lotus Gates, the Jutsu that Guy and Rock Lee use. The further they release it the more toll it takes on their bodies, to the point where bones will break and they can even rupture internal organs. Is it like that?
Now what do you want it to do? We know it gives strength and speed, more power even, but to what level. And is there anything else it does? Are there any special jutsu's or gifts it gives you? I am asking you a lot of questions and I hope that is okay, these should help you get brainstorming and we can just take it from here.
Now I came up with a Bloodline for the guy we will fight...
Bloodline: Spider Eyes
Ability: The user's head is bald and covered with multiple eyes, anywhere form 35-75. The eyes are able to pop out of the users head and sprout little claw like legs, allowing them to move and hope around. The User can use the eyes for multiple things. He can see what ever they see, allowing him to be a perfect spies. The eyes can also be like bombs, allowing the user to make them explode from any distance. It is a useful jutsu because the eyes can crawl off the users head, hide, and jump on an enemy, allowing the user to ignite the eyes and destroy the foe. The eyes also grow back at a steady rate, one every hour. The user is also able to plant one of his eyes in the socket of another person. The eye will then sink its claws back into the brain, allowing the user to control his victim, sort of like a puppet. The most powerful Jutsu the user posses is known as the "Queen Eye Jutsu". By planting ten of his eyes in the ground they will form together, and grow, sprouting into a giant eye ball. The Queen eye is able to produce eye's at a rapid rate, one every five seconds, or 12 every minute. The Queen eye is a sort of plant, having its claws or "roots" in the ground. THe claws are also able to come out, and protect the queen, acting like tentacles to ward of enemies though one root has to be in the ground at all times or the eye will die.
So what do you think! I think it should be fun! MWAHAHAHAHAH

Ok so, its not really a tattoo. Im not sure if I should be born with it or if it should have been planted on me. I think there should be multiple levels, but I dont know what will happen at each one.
As for consequences, in order for it to consume you you have to steadily use it. It is always active, but it only gives you a little strength and speed. It gets stronger the more you let it "control" you. It's effects grow exponentially, so at first it wont do much, but after a while of strenuous use, it will drain you more and more. And after you're done using it you should be extremely tired. Have you seen princess mononoke?
I dont know if there should be a special jutsu it enables me to use, but... hmm... maybe it could act sort of like a Jinshuri (Im sure I spelled that wrong). Like its a thing inside me, and the more I let it take over me the more power it gives me. The side affects would still probably be the same.

Hahahah and it is spelled Jinchuuriki. I don't think you should be "possessed" by one of the creatures. But Maybe the seal itself will eventually turn you into a creature or something of the sort? Maybe as you release it further your body can even undergo some partial transformations or something. That could be cool.
Whatever you want, we should start our battle soon though!
Hey Rider, I just had an idea to end the whole scene.
Maybe Koka should be alerted, and then come in to help out, and he engages in a fight with the final guy alone, because all the others were taken out, and he is defeated, with the eye only, and is unable to stop the guy from escaping.

I like that idea but can we change it a bit boltageman. How about we all engage the last guy in a battle. We will all be pretty weak and tired, so we can get beat up a bit, and THEN Koka and show up to save us. Of course the last guy will get away but at least that way we can fight him a bit.
