Cool pictures. It looks very dry there, which is something we don't get in Michigan.

1) Very peaceful picture. I thought the river was small at first, but then I saw the trees and realized its pretty big. This would be better in more light, because you could see more detail. But the sunset is gorgeous.

2) The three volcanoes look like islands in a sea of sand. They don't look like they've erupted recently, but it would be really cool if they did. I really like the perspective on this one, because you can see a little of the ground and plants in front of you, and then it drops off.

Overall, very nice pictures, both in quality and subject.

Hello Stormy!!! Stormy here!

:D

To the review:

1. The sky is beautiful!!!! Its soooo pretty. The river is cool, very glittery. Maybe next time do it in a different perspective. Like, lie on the ground and take the same pic/place that way. It would be cool! And plus you seem to do the same perspective on both pictures. This picture is just breathtaking!

2. Very nice. Although, to me it looks kinda crooked. Right at the horizon point. It looked slanted. That may just be me though. ^_^ A wee bit boring, but I love the rocks at the bottom. They are awesome and really add to your picture.

PS: Gold Star, because of the first one!

:D Good job!

Heya!

1) The sky in this picture is wonderful. It looks almost like a rainbow or something with the layers of colours. The ripples in the river add a neat effect to it. It would improve with better lighting but it was gorgeous picture. I love all the vegatation in this photo. But I would have liked it with there was more of the river in there.

2) Nice a bright! I like how you can see the mountain range way off in the distance there. Yet, it looks slightly crooked most likely because of the rocks that are right in front there. They rise up on the right, throwing the picture out of balance. Love the volcanoes though. They're in the centre of the photo and it's pretty neat how they just rise up out of the earth.

Good job! They're lovely.

Hi Storm! June here!

Such beautiful photographs! I love the one of the river. The sky is so pretty with the gradient colors. What time of the day was this taken?

I have never seen a picture of the volcanoes from that angle before. It's really cool; they're really pretty and interesting.

Thanks for sharing. Gorgeous work; I don't have much to say about it.

Keep it up :)

Those are some nice pictures. If you're thinking of going into a career in art these would deffenitely be great references. If you know how to use Photoshop you could even use them in a matte painting.

One questions, though. I only see one hunk of rock. Why do they call it the Three Sister Volcanoes if there's only one?

Thanks to everyone for your comments :)

What time of the day was this taken?

It was taken right when the sun began setting.

I only see one hunk of rock. Why do they call it the Three Sister Volcanoes if there's only one

This is taken on top of the second volcano, looking at the first one. They are all in a row. You can only see one of them here.

Like, lie on the ground and take the same pic/place that way.

I have one like that somewhere off in the depths of my computer and piles of cds.
I'll look for it.

Thanks again for reviewing it!

I really like the pictures.

The first picture I really liked, you captured the sunset wonderfully. With the sunset in the backround you can see the refelcetion in the water, I really enjoyed the lndscape how it also cavered the river so the river flows into the picture.

In the second picture i loved the extremly blue skys with the streaks of the pictures. The way the lndscaping droped off was beautiful. The harsh rocky Earth made me feel like I was standing right there. And if you didn't notice in your picture but the single jet stream flowing though the streaking clouds was breath taking
*sigh*
