Hi zoorah! Cool picture you have here! You went to Italy?! I'm a bit envy... :P
I absolutely love flowers pictures because I think they are the easiest to take and, usually, look incredible.

1) You should re-size the photo. Is too big for us to view it properly, unless we do right-click and then view image, but that should be our last resource. Moving on...

2) The flower isn't centered. In this case, It should be and why is that? Because the rest that's is around the flower is out of focus. It creates a great effect but the flower should be in the center. It's the most important element in the photo.

3) The contrast is lovely : the greens and the soft shades, the blurry flowers in the back and the flower colour. Great job! :D

4) The flower: The flower is blurry and it's a shame that it is. Work on that.
Look to the flower, only the flower. See how the shape of the flower isn't regular? The i a gap there. It's not harmonious. I can see that in the left corner of the "flower" there is a smaller one, blossom. Why didn't you took the photo in that angle?!

Overall: I really liked it. It's very beautiful but with some mistakes. It's OK, we are all learning here, so don't worry. Thanks for sharing this with us. :)

Beautiful Image!

Please, MORE!!!

:D
Best wishes

Woooow....really big flower.

I won't say much because it's already been said, but yes. Resize the picture a lil cuz it took me about half a minute to realize what I was looking at.
However, when I realized what it was, it is a very beautiful photo! It's just a tad huge and off-center.
To make it smaller, all you should have to do is use any kind of photo editing program, and resize. Also, maybe sharpen it a little? The background being blurry is wonderful, the flower itself being a bit blurry, no bueno.

Anywho, that's my two cents. Take it and buy a stick of gum or something. Great Job, all in all!

O.0.......VERY BIG AND VERY BLURRY! From what I can see, the flower is beautiful. And, I imagine you took this picture in Italy since the title is "Italy". Lol, that's where I was born ^_^. I love Italy, I go back every year and the landscape is simply gorgeous!

I can understand not knowing how to re-size an image, I had to download Picasa and crop my pictures to get rid of the date of the photo. The best thing I can tell you is this, take the next photo from farther away, that way when you crop it (Picasa is a free google devise that will allow you to crop photos and other stuff) the picture will reset it's self and won't damage the main object of the photo. I can tell you flower is pretty, and I like how the greens and pink are blurry in the back, it would make a good painting. It would be a lot easier to give advise if I could see the image all at once, so I suggest again croping other photos or learning how to rezise them on yahoo answers or something.
Feel the urge to give some constructive criticism? Why not give it to these stories?

Oh. If you want to resize you can just go to Adobe Illustrator open file (your flower picture) and go view and do zoom out. Yep. Hope that helps. The blurry and clear contrast is very nice. It would draw immediate attention to the flower if the picture wasn't so huge. The flower is really pretty though. The pink is vivid and bright while the leaves are a soft green.
Great Job!

The flowers were beautiful
The way the flowers bright color contrasted with the cool green background.

I think the flowers look a little out of focus though, ether that of my computer is having issues with the large picture.

Also the small pale flowers out of focus really make the bright flowers pop.
*sigh*

My tiny screen cannot contain this huge flower so I was only able to view it section by section.

I love the way you focused this. The background is really blurry, it looks like a palette splashed with colorful paint and the flower being clear is awesome. It's not as sharp as what would be really great though. I wish the subject was sharper somehow.

Great picture.

This photo is very big. I'm sorry, but it is very hard to give an good critique when I can only see an eigth of the photo. Lets see what I can do:

For one its too big :p
Two, there is a lot of background. It does not blend in well.
Three, the stem is distracting. It would be better if it was at an angle that hid the stem better.

Overall, it is good, but I can't be sure at the size.
