The Science-related essay

There is much stuff that is related to Science fiction or for short Sci-Fi. Like Sci-fi movies including Star wars, Extra Terrestrial [E.T], the box-office movie; Jurassic Park and a lot of more. So who is the main character of these following movies? Props, Men, Effects then what? As far as I know the special effect of some sci-fi movies are the SPECIAL EFFECTS. The movies are still rolling because of extra-ordinary special effects, am I right? It is so often that there are no special effects on Sci-fi films. Modern Sci-fi films are using special effects instead of people. As I read on another science fiction essay Sci-fi is now for entertainment not for educational. So people use it as an entertainment to their daily life. So this is the effect of using special effects. Sci-fi films are now an entertainment for other people rather than for educational.

So let’s proceed to other one. The technology and its effects

There are many modern gadgets have been invented this century. Like portable DVDs, portable tracker, portable gaming console and a lots of more. It benefits our life easier and comfortable. But, there are good and bad side effects behind this. Let’s start with the good effect. Many people will have a job from the factories of the said companies. And the economy will get higher. People who are suffering from hungriness will decrease because of offered jobs. Good thing, right? Now let’s proceed to the bad effect. The bad effect is not ours but for the Mother Earth. Because of trashy chemicals from the factories, nature is destructing. Earth will be endangered. Fresh air will be lessening especially on the urban cities. Earth’s ozone layer will decrease and now that is the start of enhancing green house effect that will pull to global warming that we currently experiencing right now. So we should have limitation when it comes to Earth. We’re just care-takers of this planet, we didn’t own this. Then we should take care of it not to abuse it.

So what do you think ? :) :D

Did someone explained to you what essay should be like?
There's no spacing...
You're starting the sentences with "and"...
Your punctuation should be in order, this is not poetry, here's no excuse for forgetting that...
You don't say: "Good thing, right?" . The essay is all about YOUR opinion...
I had a feeling like I'm on a sightseeing:"Now let’s proceed to the bad effect."... You don't say that..
The theme is wrong... You're supposed to talk about science, not pollution or some gadgets...Science isn't just technology...
You don't have right introduction, but you also don't have the main text where you explain your subject(everything important about it). You have some sort of a quality ending here, but that's it.

Sorry for the harsh truth.... Check it out and you'll see if I was right....

Hi!

I'll be doing a short review on this essay, startingggggg now!

mmm...It's good but you could do with expanding it a little. Essays are usually 2 pages in length. I can't really think of anything else to say, I would re-read it and have a look where you could add bits.

The beginning isn't great. I would start it off like this:

"Science related issues are one of the main aspects in this world. We can find them pretty much everywhere, from sci-fi movies to modern gadgets. In this essay I will be talking about these main points and how they relate to Science."

Then you can go on to say what you have already written. You need an introduction, a main informative couple of paragraphs, then a "to conclude" section.

Sorry for the lame review but the amount of coursework I have is at an alarmingly dangerous level!
