Did I format this right?

I had trouble trying to find the right forum to post this in! You see, I decided, not too long ago, that I would try ScriptFrenzy. Never mind that I've never written a script. Never mind that I had never even read a script.
So, in preparation, not only have I actually read one script (I keep looking for Phantom of the Opera but can't find it!) I've also tried my hand at writing a short screenplay.
Now, the reason I didn't put this in the critique forums is that I don't want the story to be critiqued. It's crap, I know that. I just wrote stuff down just to try and get a hang of the format.
I'm not sure if I formatted everything right, so I thought I would ask for someone who knows how to format a screenplay to look at it.

There is a forum specifically for Scripts, but all I would say is that this reads really well. You do have a talent; keep writing!

The format is fine too.

I skimmed through your screenplay quickly, and the formatting looks about right. The only thing to note is that in the description of the action (i.e. the non-dialogue bits), you only write a character's name in all-caps when they first enter the script; afterwards, it's just Matthew, not MATTHEW.

To possibly make your life easier, you can also also download Celtx, which is a free program that formats your script for you.

Yeah, it's fine. You might want to put your descriptions in caps or something so you can differentiate it from other things. Like Smuar said, you can use Celtx, or if you don't what to download anything, you can use zhuru.com

Or get Final Draft! It costs a heck of a lot of money, though.

Celtx is essentially the same as Final Draft, only free.

Um...don't do that. No offense, pla303, but (a) that is most certainly incorrect screenwriting format and (b) an eyesore and easy deterrent from reading your work.
