"I can't date someone that is engaged willingly or not. It's wrong. I'm sorry I just can't be with you. He's your future." And he kissed me.
Did he just...?
"Chad", I called. he ignored me and continued walking away.
"Chad!"
Did he just...? Left?
Are we broken?

I looked at my dad resentfully while tears filled my eyes. I went away, with no certain place.
I gotta get away!
"See? You just broke your daughters heart", I heard Ethan say. My dad nodded. He hated to see me cry. It was over. I had no more future already planned, and now I had no one to share my present with.

Alyse
"Oh, hey Tony," Alyse said. Her heart leapt with joy, however her face stayed stolid. She didn't know if she was supposed to be mad at him, or not.

"Oh, sorry," Alyse said, holding the door open so her could come in. He had a smile on his face, however when he saw Alyse's expressionless eyes, he knew something was wrong. "Alyse, what's up?" He said, genuinely concerned.

"Nothing," Alyse lied, heading to the kitchen, Tony on her heels. "Just a little bit sick, even though I'm mostly over it."

Kori
She followed Kevin to his couch, and made herself comfy. She imagined how frazzled she looked at the moment, after riding for an hour or so.

Kevin began explaining the whole party, and saying how a girl, May, had almost been seriously hurt by the jocks ... and their bad intentions. She'd briefly met a girl, Alyse, who Kevin mentioned. "Wow, I didn't know," Kori mumbled. "Thanks."

She said, getting up and starting for the door.

That's all I've got so far. Thanks for bringing me in.

I took Seth away. This was their problem, they had to discuss between each other.
"C'mom Seth."
"Sure."
We left and went out.
"Now, i've got to see Adam. See you around."
"Bye". He wave and I ran off.

***

I phoned Adam to see where he was.
"Adam. Where are you?" I asked.
"Hi. Check it out. We need to talk." He answered.
Okay, I'm scared. Too much drama...
"Okay. Where do you wanna meet?"
"My room. Quickly please."

I ran to the dorms area, more specifically to his room. I knocked at the door
"C'mon in." He said from the other side of the door. I entered. He was sitting on the coach. I sit next to him. We kissed, long passionate kiss. No one talked. I think we both knew that something was wrong.
"I'm leaving." He said.
"WHAT?!?" I exclaimed "No way. Why?!"
"Family stuff."
"Tell. Me. Right. Now"
"Okay... So here's the story..."

*I'm gonna us the whole time skip thing here at the end about four week's*

Adam

"look don't worry I'll be back soon I just gotta cut off all my drug and criminal earning so that I'm walking the straight and narrow" I said looking into her eyes and stroking her red hair.

"can I come with you" she said I shook my head.

"no I'm gonna be going around telling dangerous people that I'm not doing business with them they tend to get a little angry" she nodded reluctantly and I gave her along kiss before standing up and leaving.

*********
1 week later

I walked round the corner to Shannon's room I got a few welcome backs from people like Nick and Matt.
As I knocked on the door I thought how good it was to be home again, Shannon opened the door and I grabbed her instantly pulling her into a Kiss I took brakes only so I could tell her how much I'd missed her and breathe.

"oh god I like you I said" pulling her back into a kiss.

**********
3 weeks later

I woke up cradling Shannon in my arms she was snuggled up closely to me I could feel her figure digging into my ribs but I had to push her away reluctantly. Ever since I had got rid of my connections I'd been a little broke but I'd manged to get a job at a local coffee shop it wasn't all bad as well Matt and Tony worked their so we always had a good few laughs. I would go to the band practises when they were on just because they were fun and often descended into chaos with play fights and fake insults flying around the room but on the rare occasion everything went well I'd sit next to Shannon while she drew clothes and stuff and listen to the band. I pulled on the apron that had Costa coffee on it and grabbed my van's I blew Shannon a kiss before leaving.
It was saturday and life was good.

*hope all the time skips are okay and stuff but you guy's can still finish your days I guess and anybody else that want's to work at the coffee place can to I guess*

Leighton (still on parents day)

I nudged my Dad to tell him not to say anything.

"C'mon, Leighton. Lets go." My dad said, walking past Nick.

"Dad! I don't even want to go to church, ok?" I said, not moving.

"Exactly my point. Look, your mother was a bad example for you." Dad started.

"My mom, what? How dare you say that!" I said, tears starting to trickle down my cheeks.

Nick just stood there, hands in pockets, not sure what to do or say.

"Leighton, take a look around you. Do you see Mom here?" Dad said, tugging me along.

"No, but I see...something else!" I said, careful not to swear.

"Exactly. I'm your "something else". I took you to boarding school to start a new life. For me, that means a Christian one." Dad said, gripping my arm hard.

He dragged me off down to where the car was.

"I hate you." I said, as I got into the car.

"Fine." Dad said, starting the car. "I don't want you seeing that Nick again."

I looked outside the car window, not daring to look at my Dad. I could almost see the outline of Nick, watching my car drive off campus. I could still feel his lips on mine.

*Excuse me if this sounds horribly cheezy like I think it sounds....blech*

No one came on parents day, of course, not for me anyway. They just couldn't be bothered.People seemed happy to see their parents, sort of. Some had fights, some had arguements, it was weird. there parents HAD come to see them, my parents hadn't even done that.

I tried to hang around a couople of people but they all seemed engrossed in their own little groups and no one seemed to pay attention to me. it was just too late. No one should transfer to another school in grade 11. It's social suicide...unless you're Bella Swan, but then again she's fictional.

Shannon (parent's day)

I talked to Adam. He said that he wanted to get rid of the drugs and so on. I was happy for him, sad but happy. We kissed goodbye and I left to see my father. He text me, yes my father texts me, to meet with him in the entrance. As I went I bumped into someone
"Sorry...2 I said in a low voice" I don't use to bump in to people"
"That's okay. I know i'm a ghost."
"No, you're not. Hey, you are that girl..... Nikky, isn't it?"
"Ow.. You know my name? I don't even know yours"
"In that case" I said while shaking her hand "I'm Shannon. Nice to meet you. Look, I've got to see my father but then we could meet, what about that?"
"Sure, I'm looking forehead to it."
We switched phone numbers and I went to meet my daddy.

*sorry, got to dinner....*

I stared after Shannon as she ran out of the door. Was my luck...changing?Or not? Dude. Well hopefully we'd find something to talk about when we meet.

I walked towards my room staring at the floor. Must explain a lot of things. like why no one talks to me.

I found my father in the entrance. I ran toward him and hugged him. I really adore my father.
"I've miss you" He said.
"Me too." I answered.
"So..How's school going?" He asked.
"Very good indeed. I've made a lot of friends here." I answered
"And the grades?"
"Good too but that you can check for yourself." I replied.
"Of course. That's why I'm here."
He entered the school together and went to the parent's welcoming committee.

Marianne (Parents day)

I walked to my room, the wind molding my empty mind. Did it just...?
I was still assimilating what happened.
My room was empty, and silent. Gosh, I hate silent. It makes you think, since there's nothing to distract you. And right now, I don't want to think.
I grabbed on of my Super Bocks* that were hidden at the back of my closet, under some jeans, and laid on my bed, drinking.
I mumbled a song, just to feel the void of noise.
My mumbling got weaker, as my tears started to come. I try to stop them. I tried. But there was nothing to stop them with.
I drank for undetermined moments. Then I heard a knock on the door.

*Super Bock are Portuguese wonderful beers.

Chad~

When I got to my room I grabbed a beer and drank. My father slapped it from my hand.

"What in gods name do you think you're doing." He asked

I told him what happened and he slapped me. "Are you stupid he asked. That girl cares for you, who you worried about something that won't happen for several years. Enjoy time with him now. Go to her, or I will beat you silly."

"Your'e giving me advice," I said.

"Yes, I am. When I came in today I saw you smile. I haven't seen that in years."

"That's because you haven't been around in years," He said.

"True but, it doesn't change the fact that she makes you happy. At least go talk to her."

"Ok," I got up and went to see Maria. I knocked on her door.

MATT- Still parents day

After enduring many hours of shopping, and one of the worst torturing sessions of my life, I went back to the dorms. May went to put her stuff up and I quickly sorted through my clothes. I was a neat person, but right now I didn't care. I turned some Muse on high and layed down on my bed to do my homework. After a couple of minutes May came in the wondow and we worked together.

When we were all done I remembered that I had practice so I grabbed my bag and hurried out the door, giving May a quick kiss as I went.

I was the last person on the field so I got ready quickly. I was barely done dressing when coach got out. Varsity was let out early because of the game tomorow, but since I wasn't on Varsity yet, I had to stay. After another thirty minutes practice ended and I went to take off my cleates. May was leaning up against the fence.

I walked over to her and gave her a light kiss on the forehead.

"I'm pretty sweaty, so I imagine you dont want a hugg."

"I'll pass thanks."

"Soo, you wanna do anything special tonight?"
