Adam

I sat down on the sofa and looked up at the ceiling. "Fred do you have a suit I can borrow". Fred turned around from his wardrobe "Adam, who would have a spare suit who, who do you know our age that has more than one suit"
"Four, five people" I said standing up and wondering over to my mattress that was where I stored the contents of my other suitcase. I took out a tuxedo blazer "I've got this part of it" I called to Fred who ideally wondered in buttoning up his shirt. "Do I get answer if I ask why you only have that part" laughed dryly remembering the situation. "Well you know you get what you had when you were arrested given back to you when you come out".
"No,no," Fred said shaking his head and smiling "I don't even want to no why you were wearing a tux..".
"shut up, we can't all be good little boy who haven't had any inccendents" I said mimicking the deputy's voice. "We can't all be young offenders" Fred said mimiking my own voice. "I'm going to go see Ryan and Tony Maybe they have a spare suit".
"Likely" Fred said sarcastically as I shut the door to our room.

As Tony opened the door he saw Fred and Adam standing in the doorway about to knock. They looked a little surprised when he opened the door, then Adam asked him a question, "Hey Ton, do you have an extra suit I could barrow?"

"You don't have one?" Tony asked as he invited them in.

"No, I have a blazer, but that's about it."

"Hmm, you already have the blazer huh?" He studied Adam a moment and walked into his room. Rummaging down to the bottom of his suitcase he pulled out a pair of dress pants and a purple dress shirt. Walking back into the room he handed them to Adam, "I have this, Not really what your looking for, but if you put on the blazer you'll look more or less okay. Sorry I don't have an extra tie."
I will always fight back, no matter what.

<ay~

I wasn't a thing for me to get dressed up, i never really did get that super special Kurenai trait. I never saw the need, but since everyone was going, I was curious. I stared at the dress laying on my bed questioningly. I had gunk in my hair that supposedly supposed to take out my dye "safely, or that's what the bottle claimed. I hated my natural hair color personally, blonde, so almost preppy but I didn't have any other hair dye and I also wanted to go unnoticed and avoid the whole "May" effect which would be kinda sorta hard.

I stared blankly at my blond hair through the mirror, no one would recognize me and I smiled. Except a few cause I would definitely tell Maria and Alyse about my little prank. MY blue dress flecked in the sunlight coming form the window. I laughed and started to apply my makeup. I was excited.

The door opened and I heard a gasp...

my dress BTW: http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n106 ... eDress.jpg

Alyse~

Alyse was sitting on a leather chair in the lounge. A group of girls were chatting excitedly about the dance... and how they'd stand out. Maybe I just won't go, thought Alyse glumly, It's not like I'd be asked to dance anyway.

She sighed. She'd sent her mother an e-mail about the dance. She'd decided that he mom would know best what dress would look good on her. But Alyse wasn't quite sure if she was going to go. She wished she could be running on the track right now, but she knew she had to practise music. There was some competition near the end of the month, and her teacher thought she was promising. But she could just never tell her dad about it...

Alyse groaned. Her life was so bland.

Sorry it just moans on about how boring Alyse is. XD

Adam

I pulled on the purple t-shirt
"do you think if I asked Aylse to the dance she'd say yes" I asked Fred.
"no she's with Tony" Fred replied as we started walking back to are " May?" I said
"Matt"
"Maria?"
"Chad, trust me". I thought for a second "Who else is their?" Fred thought for a second "the drunk chick, Chris or something " I nodded Chris seemed like she was a pretty fun person once you got past the whole drunk thing "yeah I'll ask her, can I borrow your car Fred pleaseeeeeeeeeee" Fred didn't answer and just gave me the finger in a friendly way. If I wasn't going to have a car I should probably get some flowers to ask her. It seamed to me thought that Chris would probably appreciate a bottle of vodka more. Sadly she'd already drained my stock.

I walked into room 302 May wasn't their any more and only a hot Blondie chick in a blue dress sat on the sofa. I sneaked past her into the kitchen, I opened the fridge carefully so I wouldn't make any noise I looked for some vodka but their was any their was a bottle of wine but it was May's. I opened Chris door she was on her laptop " Hey um Chris would you go to the dance with me it's just I hate turning up to these thing alone and you know your hot and funny, if drunk" I waited for an answer.

Chad~

I decided to go ask Maria to the dance. I had to go for a swim first to calm my nerves. I dove into the water and pushed myself to the bottom. I stayed there for a minute then shot back up to the surface. I swam to the was and pushed off with my feet and swam as fast as I could doing several laps before the serene calmness from the water began to fade.

I put on a t-shirt too amped up to dry off properly.

She was about to enter her room.

"Hey Maria, I was wondering if you would go to the dance with me." My heart beat so hard as I waited for the answer I thought for sure she could hear it.

As Adam walked out of the room, Fred wondered who he would ask to the ball. He decided he couldn't be bothered - he didn't care much for the tradition of men making such propositions to women and never vice versa, as he considered it sexist, so if his dream girl wanted to go with him she would ask him.

No shame in going alone, anyway. Plus I'm bound to meet someone new there.

He made a cup of tea and sat on the sofa, chuckling at the thought of all the other boys rushing around asking girls out while he was relaxing. He was convinced that good things came to those who wait, and Fred now knew that he was the most patient person among his friends.

My key was about to enter my room's lock, but then Chad appeared.
"Hey Maria, I was wondering if you would go to the dance with me", he asked.
The dance? With Chad!
"Ah..." Say something! For God's sake!
"I..." More than one monosyllable.
My heart was racing against what it seemed a tuning car.
"Yes!", I managed to say. A huge smile appeared on my face.
"Great". Chad seemed relived.
I walked in the room.
"May! May", I called with enormous happiness.
A blondie a girl came to me.
"What? What?"
My smile faded in surprised.
"Who...?Could you be... May?"
"You got that right, Maria"

Is the dance/ ball thingy "tonight"?

And, just in case (if anyone cares) this is Alyse's dress/ mask:

Her dress: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41dz3HFw0dL.jpg (It is the dark red one, third from the bottom on the left.)

Her mask: http://image.become.com/imageserver/s2/353380782-75-75-5-0/century-novelty-masquerade-mask.jpg

It should match... if anyone cares! XD

(I think the dance is tomorrow night, I could be wrong.)

Tony walked around campus for a while thinking. He wanted to ask Alyse to the dace, but being the depressed, emotional, understanding kind of guy he could tell something was bothering her. He let out another of his sighs as he headed towards the student lounge. Loath and behold she was there. Getting a little nervous he avoided her for a moment.

"What do I do?" He asked himself. He knew if he went over to her he would blabber on about sedimental crap and she'd think he was a pansy. Short and to the point. He walked up to her and scratched his head, "Hey Alyse, I was wondering if you wanted to go to the dance with me?"

Alyse~

Alyse heard someone approaching. She really didn't acknowledge it. Someone had come to tell her that she had a package from her mother. Her dress. She dreaded that moment. It was probably some dress that her mother had had tailored to her exact measurements.

"Hey Alyse, I was wondering if you'd go to the dance with me?"

Alyse looked up. Her brow was furrowed. Her mind was distant. It sounded like she was underwater, and people were talking to her from the surface. She didn't know how long she took to answer, but that her heart was pounding. What? Tony is asking me? That can't be right! I'm just so... so... boring!

"Yeah, sure," She mumbled. She wasn't trying to make her voice so steady. It just was. She had been dreading any dance sine she came to this school. Firsty because she was afraid she wouldn't be asked... then she would be laughed at. Second because she would get asked.

She looked up at Tony and gave him her best timpression of a smile. She normally would feel happy, but after her father's news... she couldn't be. Sports were her life. She wasn't that talented at music or academics. And he'd taken them away.

Alyse looked down at the seat beside her. Her music bag still sat on it. She moved it, just in case Tony wanted to sit. She had her hair pulled into tiny pigtails today, and her bangs were loose against her head. She wore an oversized sweater. It matched her glum and bland personality. "So...," Alyse began, not sure what to say. She was usually good at conversation... but guys? Different story.

Tony noticed she moved her bag and he took a seat. Her silence made him nervous and the answer he got wasn't too reassuring. He sighed and calmed himself, "Don't worry, I know somethings going on right now. I just felt if I didn't ask you out now, I may not get another chance like this again." He lifted his red shirt over his upper lip and whipped sweat from it.

"How would you know some thing's up?" She asked in a depressed tone.

"Well," he thought how sappy he wanted to sound, "I've have my fair share of problems. I know what it looks like to have something on your mind. I also know that parents are useless. They are either the cause, or you have no reason to talk to them. I might sound weird, but even though I'm a guy you can talk to me. I may not have the answer you want, but at least I'll listen." He waited to see how retarded he sounded.

Alyse~

She'd never talked to a guy-- in the few guys she talked with-- that could actually listen. She gave him a heartfelt smile. "Okay," She said, "but I'm just being melodramatic like most girls. Its nothing to worry yourself over. I'm just being... stupid."

She grabbed her music bag and got up. "So when and where shall we meet? I'm sorry I have to leave in such a rush, but I need to go pick up some bogus and probably frumpy dress my mother got me." Alyse shook her bangs. They were quite annoying sometimes. She was trying hard to sound careless and cheered up. Yeah, I mean really. What am I mad about again? Something stupid and silly?

Tony gave a small smile and thought a moment, "I hear the dace starts at seven, so how about I stop by your dorm around six-thirty?"

"Alright, I'll see you tonight."(Still no idea)

She started to walk away, but he stopped her a moment, "Hey, don't say your being melodramatic, I wont think so. I'll see ya later." He waved good-bye and headed for his room. He needed to get ready.
