How did you find YWS: As embarrassing as it is for a 20, soon to be 21-year old to admit it, my mom told me about this place because she didn't like the other sites I was using to post my stuff. (I'm a member of the Tool forums, and they're pretty insane over there.)

What kind of genere of books do you write?: Different types of fiction; whatever the concept i'm wanting to push is, it will most likely determine what genre of fiction i'll be writing. I can write almost any kind of genre and enjoy it; even romance.

Why?: Because it's a challenge for me to come up with different concepts, and genre-hopping is something that some of my favorite musical artists (the Melvins, Boris, etc.) do, and I want to be able to do so within the confines of writing.

Can you speak another language?: I spent five years learning Spanish, and now, one year removed from those five, I can't remember any of it.

Who's you best friend on here(or mentor): Don't really have one. I'm a lone wolf, on here only to give advice, critique others' works, and have my stuff read. Though I don't post my stuff anymore, really...

What kind of genere of books do you write?: Mostly fantasy, though I'm willing to try anything new.

Why^?: ... Um. I guess I like it because I've always had a fascination, even from a young age, about the things of dreams. When other little girls pretended to be kitties, I was a dragon. My imaginary friends were small and nut-brown from the sun, with furry bodies and sharp wits. Fantasy is a place where I can throw the possible and the impossible together into something that's new and interesting and stretches the realm of possibility. It's posing the biggest what if's you can imagine, then going out and seeing what if.

Can you speak another language?: Not well.
