I only thought now. Take this example. If someone's birthday is the 29th of February and they are sixteen normal years old, (making them officially four years old), should they be allowed on a site for thirteen year olds upwards?

I seriously can't believe you stole my wallet. You know, we were like brothers until you took him away from me!

I saw on the news about a woman who was born on the 29th of February and had a baby on her 24th birthday.

Apparently, she had a Barbie-themed birthday party.

Yes, they should be allowed but that would funny if they were referred to by their real age(like 4 years old for someone who's 16 year old). I've always thought it would be awesome to be born on the 29th of February. No one could tell to act their age. xD

I was born on March first! I was so close! It was the wrong year, though. I think it would be so cool to be born on Feb 29. I'd celebrate it every year anyway, on either Feb 28th or March 1st. But it would still be cool. Legally, would you have to say how many birthdays you've had or how many years you've been alive? Like would you have to wait to get your liscense until you were... 64? ...I wouldn't think so... hmm...

Other people have been able to deal without theirs, so you can't be any different.

I know someone who was born on February 29. He is a really awesome guy, and he is kind of old.

He just celebrates his birthday on the 1st.

Haha. Actually, since a year would be 365 days, they could just count from there and celebrate it on the said day! Like March 1st.
