Naruto

This is based off of the anime/ manga Naruto. If you don't know anything about it then Pm me so I can give a detailed account of how Ninjas work.

Plot- Ninjas are trained in various villages to take on missions, and protect their respective villages. Using Justu and weapons.

Rules

Since Kage level ninja are so strong there is going to be a cost. For every Kage level ninga one must have 3 Genin or two Chuunin or one Jounin. If you chose a Jounin you are required to have one genin. These rules are set in place so we don't have one giant battle of Kaga level Ninja.

Your Jutsu must be reasonable for your level.

No existing characters

Your characters can go up ranks when those exams are set up. For instance all genin can participate in chunnin exam.


Jutsu

Genjutsu- Mental attacks, effects the mind. Example imprisoning someone in their own fears.

Ninjutsu- This includes summoning of animals to help you fight or element ninjutsu. Fire,water,earth,air, and lightning.


Taijutsu- Physical attacks includes weapons.

Jutsu- Uses a combination of wind ninjustu and shurikens. Summons hundreds of birds. Able to make his shurikins move faster by adding wind chakra. Able to summon hundreds of shurikens from tatoos on his arms. Spins one giant shuriken and creates a tornado. He's wicked fast by building up wind chakra to his feet.
Weapons- Various Shurikens
Personality- Doesn't like to fight, but will to protect his village. Very attached to his village he has only been sent on three missions, do to his attachment to it.

Long black hair. Two medium sized shurikens on her hip. Midriff blouse with extra long sleeves, and shorts.
Jutsu- Same as her brother Kita but to a lesser degree. She differs in the fact that she can use Genjutsu.
Personality- Very loyal to her brother =, but more active then him. She wants to leave the boring sand village on many missions.

Village: Hidden In The Leave

Jutsu:

Ninjutsu. He is rather best at this. He can summon ferocious birds, (lol.) His best elements are wind and fire, he can slightly get a grasp on lightning if he tries. One of his preferred attacks when using elements is called, "Hinote Gufuu." (Fire Tornado.) Is takes a few mintues to gather appropriate chakra (at his level) but when unleashed is much like Sasuke's fire attack, (for the death of me I cannot remeber its name.) Though instead of coming from his mouth, it can appear out of any part of himself that he wants. Ringo is quickly leanring to buy fire proof clothes.

Taijutsu. He is always ready to use this and he has a fairy nice stock of blades and weapons ready. His attack power is fairly okay, but with more training could improve a lot. He has been focusing on prefecting his ninjutsu and so hasn't paid much attention to his taijutsu.

Genjutsu. His worse jutsu, but behind his overly bad score in this is the ability to easily break and and see through them. If you can't actually do them learn how to go against them (One of his mottos.)

All in all, his ninjutsu is his best followed closely by taijutsu (he could improve in this if he tried.), but his genjutsu is questionable.

Weapons: Kunai, a few of those throwing round spiky things. (Yes, I do have a horrible memory.) Like Tenten he can summon (?) weapons from those summoning papers.

Personality: Actually Ringo in a lot of regards is like Naruto/Sasuke. To explain this I will first have to tell you about his history.

History: Ringo grew up by himself and so has that carefree attitude which Naruto has. However his has the death intent of Sasuke, because he knows who killed his family and wants revenge. He has devoted his life into getting it, but because the murderer is the Hokage, he knows that he cannot beat him unless he becomes a kage himself. So, his goal is to become the Hokage and then kill the old Hokage while at the same time making the village a better and safer place. (The Hokage realised that Ringo's family was getting to dangerously strong and so ordered the attack.)

And Back to Personality: Ringo is a very complex person, he mostly has a carefree attitude, but at times he will snap and wonder why he is not getting stronger. He is a happy guy, who is random at time with a strange sense of humour and blunt honesty. Though he can sometimes twist the truth to suit his purpose. He laughs a lot. Ringo was oftened teased as a little kid about being an apple bird. he now resents anything to do with apples and birds. I doesn't help that the beasts he summons are birds.

Name- Usiko Hamnati
Gender- Male
Village- leaf
Rank- Jounin
Age- 17
Appearance- He has spiky brown hair and electric blue eyes that flicker with a spark when he is mad or when he attacks, he looks young and very boyish. He is tall and has mussel but it is not very visible. He has two twin scars on his face that curve on his checks that go down and then curve to his ears.
Jutsu- Name unknown, he can make a lightning bubble that surrounds him and he can use it to deflect any attack and when he tackles someone they are shocked, also he can also make it explode and send sparks everywhere. he also can make a ring of fire and then send pillars of it at his enemies.
Weapons- He favors two long swords that allow him to channel lightning through them, they also can form at the hilt to make a two sided blade.
Personality- Though he is very strict and mean at first when you get to know him and he gets to know you he lightens up and can be very fun.

Appearance- He is the spiting image of his brother just shorter
Jutsu- He can summon a small bat by the name of Gero who advises him in battle, and he can cover one of his body parts in lightning or fire to help him do more damage in battle.
Weapons- He uses a dagger that can be filled with poison that is put in the hilt. He also uses two giant Surikkens that he launches from a bands on his wrists, they can also double as a grappling hut.
Personality- He is very clownish and goofy always cracking joke and putting his foot in his mouth

Village: Hidden Mist Village

Rank: Jounin?

Jutsu: Name unknown. She can almost speak to earth and wind. She can control it but she can also hear it speak to her. I'll go more in depth later

Age: 16

Appearance: She has straight, thick long silvery hair, a pale complexion, a tall svelte figure and she gos barefoot all the time because she can hear earth better that way. She wears browns and greens.

Weapons: She carries a quarterstaff that can be used as a deadly weapon or something to help her channel her power. She's also excellent at martial arts.

Personality: She's very tough and strong. She won't ever give up. She's also very brave and has impressive endurance skills. Although she's frank to the point of rudeness and very defiant.

History: She grew up on the streets. This experience taught her strength and endurance and also important survival skills. Will post more later.

Jutsu: Ninjutsu - He can use wind for many things - making himself go faster, jump higher and more acrobatically and the like. He can also use it as a kind of weapon, either focusing it or simply whipping up a wind storm around him.
Weapons: A Naginata spear, he can fight very well with it or use it to channel his Jutsu into faster strikes. He also carries several shuriken.
Personality: He is very quiet and contemplative, and spends a lot of time meditating. He is always calm, even in a fight.

Jutsu: Genjutsu - He can craft illusions of most kinds, although his greatest strength is in giving people nightmares. If he can remain close to someone long enough while they sleep, he can drive them insane.
Weapons: A pair of Wakizashi
Personality: He can be impatient at times, and is only content when he feels he's making a difference in some way. There is nothing he hates more than feeling as though he's being left out, or that he should be doing something and is not. Other than that, he's very serious, and doesn't take jokers well.

History(I'm going to lump them together here): Tenkuu and Akumu are not actually related, they're only adoptive brothers, brought together by their teacher, who they know as Teishu Sagi (Master Heron). Sagi took in Tenkuu when he was seven years old and began training him immediately, teaching him that the most important thing about being a ninja was not jutsu, but patience, and that if he could learn to wait, no opponent could gain an upper hand over him. Tenkuu was a good student, and agreed to learn patience before ninjutsu itself. Sagi found Akumu six years later, when Tenkuu had already mastered patience and spent most of the time meditating with his teacher. Akumu, however, refused to learn the art, and when he saw Tenkuu practising Ninjutsu and Taijutsu (which he saw as great fun) he wanted to learn. Sagi decided that Akumu didn’t have the control to use Ninjutsu, and began teaching him Genjutsu to attempt to give him that control.

Jutsu:

Ninjutsu. Good at it, can control the wind and fire elements. Can create a wind/fire attack like Sasuke's. Also can manage to make a Rasengan, although it is not extremely powerful. **IF that's okay**

Taijutsu. His Taijutsu is okay, he hasnt had much time to master it though due to excessive training in Ninjutsu, so he is not an expert on this Jutsu.

Genjutsu. Very bad at this, although has mastered a technique that enables him to manipulate or trick a person into fighting his/her friends thinking they are enemies.


Weapons: Kunai, mostly and sometimes Shuriken's

Personality: Although acts happy and funny at times, has a bad past and is reclusive and depressed at times too. Tends to keep silent at times and then again tends to be very forward and non-reclusive at times. Has a changing personality.


Other: Up for love.

Village: Konoha (Hidden Leaf Village)

Age: 15
Appearance: Average height (about 5' 11") Not fat but not skinny either, short, brown hair. Blue eyes. Wears usually a pack, a pair of shorts, a short jacket, and his headband is tied on his left thigh.
Jutsu: He prefers using fire and shadow clones. He will use water from time too time.

Taijutsu: He's very good with hand to hand combat and is balanced.

Genjutsu: He's lacking in the ability. Therefore, he commits some of his time too practice this

Weapons: He uses kunai and shuriken along with a few scrolls.
Personality: He's very quiet. He's also a hard worker and can usually be seen training with Chakra in an attempt too become stronger. He prefers too fight alone or with a small group.

History: When he was growing up in Konoha, his father and mother always told him that he had some "untapped potential." Then one day they vanished.

All jutsu approved. But Forever Threnody you must make a genin for your Jounin.

When more people join I will put together squads within villages to go on missions. This way personalities can collide. For this reason I need more Genin. Of course you can make up your own teams with characters you created.
