Scandal from the inside

Right. Everyone who posts here works for the Police Dept. in Washington D.C. (WPD) You are all trying to figure out the killer for a string of murders, there are 10 of you.
Basic rules...
No god modding.
Don't kill of others characters unless you PM them first.
No super powers.

One of you is the killer... PM me if you want the part. DONT TELL ANYONE IF YOU GET THE ROLE. This story book ends when someone finds out who the killer is,
(Killer) you have to hint at it, but only leave subtle clues.

basically, Ill start us off, describing the murder scene and whatnot, and then the drama unfolds.

Name: Lucy Brinkwald
Age:39
Appearence: Blond, short hair, kinda chubby.
Personality: Short tempered, but trustworthy when you get to know her. Impatient.
Hometown: Auckland, NZ moved when she was 5 yrs old though...
Department:Chief Dectective Inspector. (CDI)
Motive for catching Killer: Makes her look good to the press.

Name: Ballow Linx
Age: 17
Appearence: Red head, green eyes, tall and lanky, but muscled.

]Personality:

He always has a smile on and it barely ever slips but when it does he gets angry.

He's not a wuss nor is he stupid. He would've have been a normal guy is he had been raised right. But now he has a strange sense of humour and amazing crash honesty, mixed with a different sort of perception to everyone else. The lines between good and bad are blurred to him. He's brother was a detective, but was shot in the line of duty.

Hometown: Australia

Department: Filling in for his brother. He took it upon himself to follow his brothers footsteps. (Any department where you would get shot more often. ^^)

Motive for catching Killer: Honor for his brother.

Age:23
Appearance: Short brown hair, blue eyes, a black right eyes, tall with a nice build
Personality: He is a clown always cracking jokes at the wrong time and putting his foot in his mouth
Hometown: DC
Department: New kid trainee
Motive for catching Killer: His father was one of the murders

Personality: Funny and fun loving but serious at time too. Would do almost anything for his job too.

History- Joined a job a few months earlier, this is the first case he is handling with other officers. And he wants to show them that although he is only new he can work very well.

Hometown: SL

Department: New kid trainee

Motive for catching Killer: Wants honer and recognition from the whole department.

Age: 25

Appearance: Shoulder length thick wavy red/gold hair, elegant features, an imposing stance, deep clear green blue eyes, and a light tall build.

Personality: Stubborn and strong. A very good persuader and liar when necessary with very well developed endurance skills. She has a bit of a morbid sense of humor but that's to be expected.

Hometown: Hamburg Germany but moved to America.

Department: The morgue for autopsies.

Motive for catching Killer: A personal challenge.

Age:27
Appearence: Skinny,blue eyed, with glasse, blonde
Personality: Very synical and anylitical about situations
Hometown: London England
Department: CSI( Crime seen investegator)
Motive for catching Killer: Knows that it is his jo, has no emotonal attachment to it. Just sees it as another case.

Name: Teddy Johnston.

Age:25.

Appearance: Short (around five seven), pale, has deep black hair and eyes, wore glasses.

Personality: Serious, emotionally detached from any kind of situation hence the name 'zombie' was given to him by his mates because he seemed to lack emotions (or hid them pretty good).

Hometown: Brooklyn.

Department: Forensic.

Motive for catching Killer: "To reduce world suckiness" he joked out of the blue on one evening which made his mates raised eyebrows and felt goose-bumps creeping on their arms.

I think I may take a gander in here. It sounds like fun.

Name: Alex(andra) Lynn Claire
Age: 20 (There is a reason for the young age!)
Appearence: Alex is fairly tall and lanky. Her hair is a light brown shade that is short and is usually styled with the back fluffed/spiked up. She has bands but they tend to get in the way so she always brushes them to the side. She has perfectly arched features. She seems more likely to be a model than a forensic scientist. Her eyes are dark brown giveing them a piercing feel.
Personality: She is an outgoing person, loud and boisterous. She is very intelligent though, and an incredibly hard worker. At times though, it seems that she gets reserved and hides in herself. It uis almost like she wants to shove everyone away. She likes to get in the mick of things, and tends to start unnecessary drama at times when under stress. She does not like the heat of summer. She also is heavily religious and has a close followship to God.
Hometown: She comes from a small town called Far Hills in New Jersey.
Department: She is an intern from a nearby University, and is in the study of becoming a forensic scientist.
History: When Alex lived in Far Hills, New Jersey, she lived with her father on a fairly large farmstead, but her father would not use his land. He would rent it off to someone else. Her father had become an alcholholic after his wife (Alex's mom) was murdered brutally, her body found in the ditch. It was a devastating time for them, but then the father started doing weird things and acting differently. It wasn't long before Alex found a dead body in her attic and knew automatically that her father had killed the person. For there mothers killer was never found and her father was unsettled about that. She had heard many times the cruel mutterings under her father's whiskey breath on how he would find that 'bastard' and kill him dead. The police soon found out and arrested her father who was found guilty for first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison. Alex was brought to a foster home and when old enough she went to University to become a Forensic scientist so that she could 'attone for her fathers sins'.
