Here are some more pictures taken from my backyard, and front yard (yet again) with the same camera as the one where I took the pictures for my other topic 'Photographs.' I hope you enjoy these as well and critiques are much wanted! =)

9. The Feel of Clouds

My titles sometimes don't make sense, but I name my photographs based on how it makes me feel.
Photograph 8 is of my parakeet, Rockie, while she was looking at her reflection off a window. Photograph 9 is actually taken from land, not above it, as it seems in the picture. Instead, I just rotated it upside which gave it the appearance as so. Anyway, again, critiques and/or reviews are appreciated!

P.S. Go easy on me, the quality is not as good as it can be due to lack of professional equipment.

Also, please don't take my pictures without permission! I will know if you do, trust me!

Beautiful! I loved your pictures! They are awesome! I have a little trouble seeing number one though. It is a tad blurry.

My all time favorite is the last one. It is sooo gorgeous. How exactly did you get it that way? I also liked the one with the parakeet. There is no way for you to see that it is looking out a window. Just it and the reflection. I love how simple it is!

Loved them!

I came into this world wrinkled and ugly. And no matter how much I accumulate here, it's a short journey. I will go out of this world wrinkled and ugly. So I enjoy life.

Hey savetheoceans, nice to meet you :)

1 - I quite like the detail of the leaves in this one and the different vibrant colours. However because your so close your camera is focusing on a small part of the plant and so the rest of it is quite blurry. Be careful with this, it happens a lot with me.

2 - I didn't actually notice the bird the first time round. It was only when I realised you had titled them that I went back and noticed. The light is quite nice but I don't think it is very interesting composition wise. The broken off branch bothers me, it keeps distracting me lol

3 - Again the lighting and colours are nice but the subject to me isn't that interesting. Perhaps it is because I prefer to take photos of big sweeping landscapes and not very many close up things :P

4 - I like the detail of the leaf but did you use a flash? I always think flashes change the quality of light to something very harsh and it kind of destroys the atmosphere. It seems like this is what has happened here. So be careful when you use flash. However most of it is in focus so that's good :)

5 - This photo would be pretty cool if the branch was in focus as well. The completely out of focus branch just bothers my eye too much it's kind of invading the rest of the photo.

6 - I don't really see the subject of this photo or the intent behind it. I always like to give a clear focal point in my photograph and this photo doesn't really have one.

7 - I love this photo. The spider web is just so clear and the rest of it is out of focus. Really lovely shot.

8 - This photo made me smile it is so cute lol The parrot looks a bit odd though, like you lost some quality somewhere. Did you edit it?

9 - I also quite like this photo. It's not my favourite but it is nice :)

Well that's it, I hope I wasn't too harsh lol This is what comes of having critiques in class and you have to critique your class mates work :P Very nice photographs though. If you ever want some tips feel free to PM me :)

Hiya!

You really shouldn't worry about people going harsh because of quality. Personally, I couldn't tell these weren't taken with a pro camera!

So, speckles of a blur is the only one that I can say something other then "amazing" on:

I find that this photo would have benefited from the focus point being a bit more visible. I find some of the meaning is lost without a clear focus point.

Other then that, I found all of these amazing. I really can't tell you don't have pro equipment.

Gold star!

Hey there!

These were beautiful! I absolutely love the first one! The clarity in it is brilliant.

I love the one with the spiderweb. Even with a Canon SLR, I was never able to capture a spiderweb as clearly as that one. Great job.

You parakeet is so cute!! It reminds me of one I used to have :D.

The photo of the sky is quite interesting! The rotation of it played an important part-- great job.

10/10

keep it up! I'd love to see more!

1. I love how you got that angle of the branch! Or is it a tree? Lol

2. I like how you portrayed the bird as your focal point. The branches seem to have grown around it. ^_^

3. Again, I really love the angle of this picture.

4. I personally find this kind of bland....I don't really like it. Sorry!

5. I don't know about everyone else, but I think the blur in this picture is a great addition

6. I like it a lot. If you look at it a certain way, it kind of looks photoshopped. I KNOW IT IS NOT THOUGH! Lol, don't think i'm accusing you of anything.

7. MY FAVORITE PICTURE! Goodness, you must live in a beautiful place with vegetation as green as it is! I, unfortunately, live between cacti and shrubs. :(

8. It is so cute! Is this your pet parrot? Or is it wild? If it is, how'd you get the pic so up close? Zoom?

9. Again, this is one of those pictures I find pretty bland with no real focal point...

All in all, I absolutely adore all the green! Your pictures are good too. ^_^
