an anime drawing

thsi picture was just new and i am still wondering if there are any problems.

i am not good in drawing people in side view yet

for why she drops the ribbon is still a mystery

Nice drawing, I love it. The side view is good. I like the hair and her top. I like the hands too, I can never get my hands right.
A little nitpicking:
The skirt, kind of looks disproportionate, it looks skinny and slants forward. I guess that's because you are trying to show one foot forward but the lines suggest that there should also be a bit of the other leg seen at the back.

And she seems to have this slightly evil looking grin and eyes, which kind of clashes with the delicate-ness of the ribbon falling.

Also, the collar looks kind of weird, would be better if it weren't there .

Nice drawing, all in all.

Profiles are so hard to draw, aren't they? I've been practicing... but I will never post my art here. Too scared to.

Critique:

-It seems like her mouth is facing forward. This is hard to describe... when you drew the face, you drew the indentation where the lips should go. Then you drew the mouth in an entirely different place. Understand?
-The evil look is kind of weird.
-I believe Squall talked to you about this before, but you seem to have a problem with making girls have pointy boobs lol. She could pop a baloon with those things. ^_^

I really like her body language.

Okay tis is really good but there are a few flaws.


1-Her arm is a little to bent it looks like it's straining to let go of that ribbon.


2-Her back is a little to bent too.


3-Her nose is a little to pointy


4-She needs a wider smile.

All in all very good!!!!!

I really like the hand and the face, but that's just me.
I can see that it's just the style of the shirt that makes her upper body look bigger but because the skirt is so much smaller you should either proportion it a little better or make the sleeve fall more gracefully.

At the same time though I really like the upper portion of the girl, so I would suggest making the skirt proportioned to the rest of the drawing.

I really like it, good drawing. I can never draw figures, or faces. I love her looks, she looks kind of aristocrat with her sharm looks (she could be Draco Malfoys sister with her pointed features) in fact, I thought she was a boy at first, lol. Keep drawing, I'd love for you to color one in, so I hope you draw more.

I suck at anime, haha, but one of my guy friends is superrr good. He's AMAZING!
Anyways, I like it overall.
The hands are great! =]
But the skirt does look a bit messed up.
Try to fix it so it doesn't "Stick" to the body, and is flowy.
If you could fix a few things, it'd be great! =]

I think that she looks a little skinny, but other than that... It's great! I wish I could draw like that...

Seeing this, I was intrigued. I love anime and I love people who support anime~!!



This is a cute drawing. But yeah... some body parts are slightly offset. I recommend using a mannequin to render the basic structure, and then a good measuring so that the length, size and location of any part of the body doesn't look as irregular as they are. Using a 'mannequin' (consists of ovals and line marks to basically form a grid/skeleton in which you draw in the body) before you place in the details of your character provides a good basis on where the parts should be located (e.g.: the eyes, the nose, mouth, etc...) and improves precision in the works. It also makes the figure look less angular.


Secondly, the dress. Is she wearing a short furisode, kimono, or just a plain floral blouse and pleated skirt? Details on clothing are the hardest to draw (because each type of fabric behaves differently compared to another) but it will be more pleasing if you denote more of it by adding a few touches which are unique to the fabric. [For example: Leather fits tightly and therefore produces more folds at the crease of the elbow when bent; chirimen (fabric used in furisode) is a cottony but slightly tough fabric, so it rarely has creases and folds, etc.]


PS: I've drawn anime folks with reaaally unnatural poses, but people's eyes sometimes play tricks on them and they consider it completely natural because of some... well, the tricks I've made to hide the imperfections. The side view was hard, but with practice, I've gotten over it. You can, too. I'm sure.



Using definite angles and experimenting with them are lots of fun, too. Cover-up tricks are useful to all. Try to discover some of these tricks for yourself, too.


And, as most of the above implied, the ribbon's presence is a mystery.


All in all (as I've said), a cute drawing. With practice, you'll get better.

That is the greatest picture I've ever seen! I love it. I draw A LOT but I don't draw like you... Perfect. Do you have more art work, I'd like to see more of your art!

a few things to be noted

1. the nose seems a little bit akward and doesn't curve right with the lips (not bad though)
2. Since its a girl you should as a little bit more girl around the hip area.
3. To make is look less flat add the other leg too! ^_^
4. the hand looks a little bit strange



That is it. Pretty good. you should ink your drawings. Makes them look cooler and a lot more neat. i suggest Micron since it doesn't smudge or bleed.

i think its pretty good. i dont' really watch and draw anime, but i think it's cute.

Wow, spectacularrr! The hair is really good.
The shading in it too. That's pretty nice for drawing from almost side view.
I think it's cute and I like the little flowers. heheh :]
