Camp Puissance

Camp Puissance- the camp for the special kids. Only those chosen may come and those chosen can not refuse the invitation. this camp is for kids with special gifts that no others have.

these kids have what are only captured in the world of comics. what none knows is that they are real and they can be dangerous. Camp Puissance (french for power) gives these kids a chance to learn control over these abilities. But when a group of people who call themselves the "protectors" (i am open to a better name if you have one) come to eliminate these people only a few will remain.

Powers: can control electricity and magnetic waves

personality: he is a kind hearted and good character but has self doubt and is always going to the worst case scenario and putting him self down.
appearance: he has longish brown hair that comes down in 2 toffs over his eyes. his eyes are the color of lightning and he is handsome. he is 5 foot 11
History: Brad lived an average life until he was 7 and then he cause the whole city to go into a black by screaming. After that he was ships off to the camp were he became a full timer because of his powers instability.
Other talents: he has the ability to think on his feet and is very fast and strong

History: she is always upsetting people because she accidently sends messeges to them after she read there minds. and they find out what he's thinking about them.

Powers: Can control fire and heat.
Power level: 5
Full timer or summer: Full timer. She has nowhere else to go.
Personality: She is a very witty girl with a huge sense of humor. Her temper can get the better of her at times. Once befriended, she can be trusted with your life.
History: She doesn't like to talk about her past, but she let slip that she accidentally set fire to her house that she was living in with her parents when she was a baby. She did not know how to control it, but her power protected her from the flames. Both of her parents were burned to death.
other talents: she is a great cook.

Name: Ballow Linx

Age:(must be 8-15 years old) 15

Gender: Male

Power(s): Super Speed (he can move faster than light, and its not speed, actually time slows around him) and Accuracy (as in he can pinpoint one hydrogen atom in a flowing lake.) So together they are related so he can do things to precision.

Power level(s): 1, 1

Personality: Mostly a happy person, with a smile on his face. Cheerful, sneaky and smart. The usual guy, except Ballow has no sense of right and wrong. Never catch him when he is angry, actually you won't catch him when he's angry (too fast. ^^) He has a quick temper and doesn't keep it in.

History:

He's the usual guy, except how can someone who doesn't understand right from wrong be your usual guy? Once he wanted a toy from a store and he parents wouldn't buy it for him. Using his accuracy he snagged an important piece of the toy and using his speed he pulled on it and ran.

The toy came apart and no one knew it was him. He has several other things like this, but the worse one, the one which his parents sent him to the camp for was when he killed a man. Ballow had been learning human anatomy in science and he had wanted to test his newly found knowledge.

He came across a guy on the street, a homeless man, sleeping inside a box. Ballow, knowing that he was going to do this, had brought a needle with him. He pulled it from his pocket and testing to see if he knew where human's arteries were stabbed the man in the wrist using both his speed and accuracy. In his time slow, which is what his power actually does, he stabbed the man so fast that the needle went straight through the mans arm, and his hand followed. A huge hole had formed in the man's arm. When time is slowed inertia is nearly timed by ten.

Ballow had watched in fascination as life slowly left the mans body. Police found him and let him go because it would have been impossible for such a young man to stab a needle right through the mans wrist. His parents however knew the truth and instantly sent him to the camp s he would learn to control his powers better. He still doesn't understand that what he did was wrong.

Other talents: Has a wonderful memory, which helps with his Accuracy power.

Power(s): She can talk to animals and control natural things like earth. (Those relate in my mind, if not let me know)

Personality: She is sweet, shy, carying, protective, she can be loud.
Apperence:
History: She caused a huge earth quake in her town when she got really mad at her parents, she didn't know she had done it until they went into town. That's when she got shipped off.
Other talents: She is good at helping others with their problems, and seems at time to be as smart as a thirty year old not a tweleve year old.

Gender: Male
Power(s): Can predict future events, but he either needs to be able to see, feel or think about an object, person, feeling, etc associated with that event. The further forward he goes, the more possible events he predicts, as each possible future leads to several more possible futures. He can also see into the past - again, he needs to be able to see, feel or think about an object, person, feeling, etc, associated with that event. The further back he looks, the vaguer and harder to interpret the vision becomes.

Personality: Paul is a loner. As he has little control over his powers, he tends to accidentally predict the futures of people around him. Sometimes he goes too far and sees every possible death for those people, and he might accidentally "see" a dark secret from the past. As such, he only socialises with people when he needs to. He wants to lead a normal life, and views his powers as a curse.
Appearance: Paul has a very unkempt appearance - his brown hair is always either scruffy or greasy, and most of his clothes are stained.
History: Paul became aware of his powers when he was very young, but he never talked about them. One day, he envisioned several scenarios involving his mother dying, each of which involved her dying within days. One of his visions did involve her surviving for several more years, however, but despite a desperate attempt at causing this particular prediction to come true, Paul failed to save his mother, and she died in a car crash two days after his vision. Paul's father somehow knew about his power, and told him about Camp Puissance. He decided to spend a year at the camp, so that he could better understand how to cause favourable predictions to come about, and since then he has gone every summer - his education is his priority.
Other talents: Paul has a tendency for memorising miscellanies. He has also learnt to make links between seemingly unrelated things, as part of his training.

Personality: Very introspective, not that willing to love, very quiet, very mysterious, reckless, impulsive. He's very strong. Protective.
Appearance: Messy black hair, light complexion, violet eyes.
History: Found his power when a street gang tried to attack him.
Other talents: Can make himself very unnoticed, he is a very good actor.

k well now that we have the characters we can start so allow me

The attack started at night. Brad had been awake that night because he could not sleep. The next day for the first time in years he would be going home to see his parents. He had been at the camp for four years and sense then had learned great control of his powers, not accidentally using them every time he got mad. But now he knew he would never leave camp tomorrow. he threw him self off his bed and on to the floor. Brad crawled over to the next bed and shook Ballow awake. "Man we have to get out of here".
"why"
"the Protectors are here" Brad said to seriously to be a lie.
"OK, lets go" said Ballow. he and Brad had been at camp long enough to now about the Protectors. They were an organization bent on killing all of their kind and they had had many drills and meeting on them over the years.
"okay, I'll get the others and you get ready okay" said Brad and was working his way over to another bunk.
"Already am" said Ballow making his way to 4th bunk
i made his way to Paul's bunk only to find him awake clutching a bag. "saw it coming, as usual" and he hoped out of bed.
"yeah I've been awake all night to he told me we're both ready" said John
"okay" Brad said and he sliped his pack onto my shoulder and grabbed my all metal board. "john we need to get the other so can you get us over there"
"yeah" and as he said it all the light around them disappeared but a small amount visible through a hole.
He and the others made their way out the door and to the cabin over. They made their way in and then split up to wake each one.
"Lily,...Lily wake up we have to get out of here its the protectors" Brad said shaking her awake.
"what" she said drowsily
"the protectors the have invaded the camp we have to get out" Brad answered hastily. At that moment she shot out of bed and immediately start packing things into her bag. Brad looked around to see the rest doing the same. Brad and the guys gave the girls a few minutes to pack then they all gathered into a tight clump and John shrouded them in darkness and they left.
"okay come on lets go to the next one" said Paul
"i don't think we can" said John as he looked through the darkness and saw a group of men attack their cabin."we only got a few seconds before they turn the hunt to us"
At that moment all eyes turned to Brad. He had been at camp the longest and knew the most about the protectors even heading drills and meetings at times. "okay, um...got it Tiffany i need you to keep the heat levels for us to a trees one and John get us to the garage. we're going to need speed to get out of here"

a variety of vechiles large and small. they went over to the van which though it might look old and slow was could go 150 miles and had great mileage. we all piled into the van, John, Tiffany and Brad in the front. All the others had assembled in the back typing in a series of commands into the computes back there. Each computer gave a beep and then it released some sort of device for each one. John hit on the gas and they speed out of the garage not bothering to be quiet or hide. Brad flicked and a to small rods emerged which he grabbed and started to fill with wauts and wauts of electricity he had gathered. At that moment they picked up speed and drove straight into the woods surrounding the camp with wailing sirens behind them. Brad and Tiffany hopped into the back of the van and flung open the doors. they each let out a small attack at the vechiles fallowing us. Brad a wave of magnetism straight at the hood and Tiffany several fireballs at the tires. the tires melted and it came to a halt and the hood tore open and the engine flew out breaking on the ground. they closed the doors and then joined john in the front once more.

***Remember, Tiffany is the one who can control fire. Lily controls nature and talks to animals***

Tiffany

She wiped the soot off of her hands as she closed the back door to the van. The van was swerving back and forth. It was being driven by a kid who had no experience with driving once so ever. They were going to crash.

And just as Tiffany was thinking those words, the van crashed head on into a huge tree. She and Brad were thrown to the front of the van.

"Is everybody okay?" Tiffany asked. There was a chorus of yeses.

They heard the sound of roaring engines and they turned to see 5 armoured vans filled with Protectors.

They were surrounded.
