Sorry for the picture quality- we don't actually have a scanner. This is a photo of a picture ><;
And It's not really too good- but I decided to share it anyway.
My first art submission on YWS ^^
Pity it couldn't have been better :/

Hmm, Interesting. I like the hair, it looks very good and I like his clothes. A suggestion on the clothing would be to lighten the strips and focus more on the shading because that will give it that look of cloth by adding the light and shadows.
His arm looks like it's in an awkward position though, like it's being pushed back. the one on the left side I mean.
As for the face, you have the right idea in proportion, but I think it's not sharp enough. Maybe his neck should be a little wider too, right now it looks a little thin. His nose looks a bit big as well. This is just from observing your Avvie in comparison the picture. Cloud has a much more defined face, as far as sharp jaw line and eyes. It just needs a little tweaking. Other than that i think it's very good.
You should try gridding pictures and looking at sources to draw from. you can make some really cool images by composting different ones.
All in all, FF is awesome so I love it.

The hair is really good You've got the shading right, and everything is perfect. On the face the proportions are great, everything's in the right place, you just need to sharpen it (like alteran said)
the clothes is where you need to work I think. They just don't look right, that said I couldn't do any better. See; the face has a bone structure, you can clearly see the bones in his face, but his body doesn't have any structure to it. It just looks straight, even skinny people have some sort of muscles. So I think you might need to work on that a bit. Then, shading. To perfect it I think you just need to do the shading on the clothing, and make them fit him a bit better. The shading in the face is excellent. Just do that to the clothes.
So I think that's all, I'm sure you'll do great Overall: This picture is really, really, good. Better than anything I could draw by miles I loved it xD
Wow! Very good Nutty! The hair is good! In the back it kind of looks like his head is fading though, lol.
You did a good job. I can't come close to drawing a human like this, so anyone who can is my hero xD.
Also! Behind his head and on the right side of his head (the side we can't see) the collar looks like it's fading, so just sharpen that a bit and you have a masterpiece. Keep it up and post more art soon!
Great job!

I really like it. And the hair looks so soft--who cares if it's a pic, I just want to run my hands through it, lol. The face is very nice on the eyes. No harsh lines, just a delacate look, I really like it. The lines in the shirt are a bit too dark, and It's hard to see where the shirt ends on his left side, and where the arm begins. Very good pic considering you don't have a scanner. I'd like to see more, so please keep drawing!
Feel the urge to give some constructive criticism? Why not give it to these stories?
i really like the clothes and the hair, how do you do it. it is not pencil is it?
but my comment is with the face especcially the nsoe. it is too big. The eyes are too small if you are trying to make a realistic sketch but overall it is good.
It's pencil, but some lines have been brought out in ink so I could take a digital photo that would show up. I left most of his hair in pencil- which is why it looks slightly faded and softer then the rest of the picture. His clothes were the most heavily inked.
Thanks for the comments, guys! I can't edit him, but I'll take your suggestions on board for future pictures. ^_^

This is definitely a good pic of Cloud You captured a lot of emotion in his expression, which is soft and sad and kind of thoughtful. I just LOVE the hair, too, you knew exactly where the shines were supposed to go and it looks magnificent I know you drew this ages ago so I'm not going to go in detail, but there's not much wrong with it anyway, and that stuff was already mentioned in the other reviews
If I see any new art of yours up in the forums I'll be sure to take a look! XD
