*cool, october. Make sure you read my last post as emily, I will post as Joe now*

Joe
==========

Joe drove along in his car thinking weather her should go back, he was ment to go to but tired to avoid it untill he saw that girl, standing outside of the house on here own. He had seen Emily had already met a guy, so she wouldn't need him. He turned around his red truck and road back to the summerhouse. The girl had had that scruffy hair look that all the emo girls and guys were having these days, and piercings similar to the ones Emily had. As he road up to the house he saw she still stood alone. He jumped out of the car and walked up to her smiling.

"Hey" He said making her jump,"Im Joe"

"Shay" She smiled

**I will**

Shay

"So what are you doing here?" he asked.

"Well, I got sent here by my sister I really have no idea what's going on." She said heading into the house, and towards my neon green room. "So Joe, what are you here for?" I couldn't help but ask. I saw a girl out of the corner of my eye, she was in my room.

Skylar aka Sky

I walked into the room that already had another person's stuff in it. I put my suitcases on my bed and sat. I sighed.

Why did my parents have to die?! It wasn't right. They were wonderful people. Maybe it was because I was never home and didn't talk to them and ignored them. I felt like their death was my fault. I crawled up into a ball on my bed and started to cry.

I stopped crying after a few and looked up at the ceiling. Why me? I thought.

Sorry it is so short!

I was looking out the window when I heard someone come into the bedroom I'd chosen.

"Oh, um... Hi! I'm Avery Orchard" the girl said and smiled at me. "Um... Mind if I room with you?" she asked me, staring at the free bed on the other end of the room.

"I don't mind" I lied and gave her a fake smile, "I'm Rae Erins" I told her in my Okie accent that I hated oh so dearly. Rooming? I never heard anything about rooming... I thought but shrugged the feeling off, trying to act more possitive and decided that it wouldn't be so bad to have a roommate...

Avery Orchard

Avery smiled and then set her bags down near the other bed. The room was plain, but it wasn't dull like her room at her aunt's house. Sighing, she silently hoped that life here would be better. She was a relatively nice person and couldn't understand how no one could not like her. Sitting down on her bed, and fidgeted with a piece of her skirt.
"Thanks for letting me room with you Rae. I've never did this before, so hopefully this summer will be fun." Avery blushed at her sudden bubbliness. No one here would be used to her cheery ways, sighing she stood up and looked at the door.
"Well...um I'm going to go meet everyone else."
"Bye." Rae said, waving.

Zack Daniels

The house was what he expected it to be. Huge. The door was open and he could see inside through the screen door. As he walked up onto the porch, he placed his other bag into his hand and opened up the door. One of his earphones fell out of his ear. A girl with long brown hair was walking down the hallway. She stopped and lent him a bubbly smile.
"Hey do you need help?" she asked, pointing at the bags.
"Nah, I'm good. Could you show me to some...room or something."
"I just got here. Maybe I could get someone to help you. Follow me."
Nodding, he followed the girl down the hall from which she came, rolling his eyes all the while.
She was going to be the type to help.
Zack wasn't too keen on helpers, especially those who pitied him. Since it was the summer and he hardly knew this girl, he let it slide.
"I'm Avery Orchard by the way." she said, softly.
"Zack."
She took him to a room that had the door wide open. A girl was sitting by the window, looking out in a daze.
"Rae." Avery said. The girl turned around and stared at her and then a huge heart-warming smile spread across her face.
"I'm Rae Erins. Do you need help?"

***pshhxhoney can Skylar and Mallory be roomies***

I smirked as person after person came into the house without realizing there was a girl on the roof with a guitar. I strummed harder, not caring if I disturbed anybody. Words that took me hours to perfect made their way into my head and onto my lips.

It was a song about broken wings, and I have yet to finish it. I just can't get the words right. I groaned and let the chords fade away. I ran my thumb over my calluses and sighed.

Why do I have to be here? Why can't I just do that all over again and save them.

I shook the thoughts away. No amount of wishing would bring my family back from the dead and I should get on witih my life and be as happy as possible--it's what they'd want.

My fingers seemed to move by themselves as I played with the strings. Then I stopped again and stood on the rooftop.

Might as well get to know the people I'll be sharing this house with

The guy smiled at me and I smiled back, Dang... Must be a better actor than I thought! I said to myself because I really didn't want to help this guy. I wondered to myself why Avery had even thought about me being able to help because I'd just arrived myself.

"Uh... Yeah, do you know where any free rooms are?" he asked me and I nodded.

"I think the room right outside of our door is empty and then a couple down the hall" I told him and he nodded. Okay now this guy was pretty cute I have to admit but was I really going to act like I was interested in him? No way, I'm just not that kind of person.

"Oh, thanks" Zack said and left the room.

"He was cute, Rae" Avery said and I rolled my eyes so she could see. "What? He was really cute you have to admit!"

"Maybe just a bit" I said and she smiled at me in triumpth(spelled it wrong) because she got me to say it. "But he may just be one of those guys who are completely clueless so I'm going no further than that" I told her and walked over to my bed.

*Haha! She will go further... :3*

"Well, I was sent here by my parents to keep Emily company, but as i see see has company" He smiled as he looked through one of the windows.

"So is there anything special going on with you too" She smiled,

"Oh no, We were both in a car accident together. We both lost our memoirs and emily lost her parents" He sighed.

"Oh man that must be awful" she replied

I grabbed Hane by her neck and started into my room. Wrong move. A girl was sitting on the other bed and she looked at me with a bit of fear. And she screamed.

Oh dear.

"It's okay!" I said, trying not to laugh at the circumstance. That's happened before, someone sees a person coming in through the window and they immediately jump to burglar. Don't really blame them.

"Is everything okay?" I saw a bunch of people at the door.

"Hi, everyone, I'm Mallory Burns." I said cheerfully, smiling, "Sorry about that, I was playing Hane here on the roof and didn't realize that someone was in here and I startled her." I rubbed the back of my neck with my free and and gave them a sheepish smile.

"Sorry 'bout that." I said again.

"You were playing your guitar on the roof." One of the girls said, eyebrows raised.

"Yeah, got a problem with that?" I suddenly challenged. Oh if I weren't so stubborn, I'd have a lot less problems in my life.

*Hope this is okay. Sorry I was on vacation for a few days, but I'm back!*

Kate

I looked over to where the boy sat on his bed in the corner. You could tell from the way the fabric on his t-shirt clung to his taught muscles that he was incredibly buff. I tried to divert my eyes to my duffel bag and focussed on unpacking my things. He caught me staring and gave me a sweet smile, almost apologetic. I then looked down at my bag with more intent.

The people here were all orphans, but strangely enough we were all young adults, ready to venture off into the world on our own. I didn't know one person here, but I liked it that way. I was still traumatized after that one phone call three weeks ago. It still felt like it was yesterday that I was told I had no more family. It was all gone with a few words over the phone.
