This is really cute; however I wouldn't see this as a Chibi. It has to be way deformed (In a cute way) the head has to be bigger and the eyes have to be bigger to0 (since its a girl). This is really nice though. ^_^

It's really cute, but like what Maki-Chan said, make her body smaller and her eyes larger. She should look like a freakishly cute mutant kid. :)
