There will come a time when the world will end.
The sun-it will not rise again.
Men will die with heartless souls,
Forgetful of the days of old.
Unfortunately, it will be open caskets,
Bodies littered at the masses.
And who do you think is laughing?
The psycho’s , killers and the mad ones.
And who is to be struck with melancholy?
The lovers, dreamers and those who were jolly.
But the question is who is to pay.
I assure you we all will on this day.
And if you beg to differ
Tell me if you live to see her.
It will be washing into the sand of time
All of us get left behind
There is not hope for survival.
Like Armageddon from the bible
The best we can do is to die with one another
Cause we know we love each other<3

Rhyme scheme : AABBCC... etc. Not elaborate. I got the idea of this poem, not the idea i should say inspiration by Robert Frost's "Once by the Pacific"

Hiya! I have the pleasure of reviewing your work tonight. :)
*breathes in that new poem smell*
Okay. Here we go.
There will come a time when the world will end. I can already tell I'm going to like this. I love this line, especially, because it's just stating a fact-the world will end. Not ZOMG we're all gonna die, just 'the world will end.' Anyway, good opening.

The sun-it will not rise again.

Men will die with heartless souls, The description 'heartless souls' seems a bit odd. A soul doesn't have a heart in the first place.

Forgetful of the days of old.

Unfortunately, it will be open caskets, This made me chortle a little bit-I hope that's what you were going for.

Bodies littered at the masses.

And who do you think is laughing?

The psycho’s , killers and the mad ones. Ditch the apostrophe.

And who is to be struck with melancholy?

The lovers, dreamers and those who were jolly.

But the question is who is to pay. I thought it was the two questions above? Maybe insert a 'real', like 'but the real question is...' That will make it seem like the other questions are simply less important, instead of nonexistent.

I assure you we all will on this day.

And if you beg to differ

Tell me if you live to see her.Love this.

It will be washing into the sand of time Sands of time? Right? Also, what will be washing into the sands of time?

All of us get left behind

There is not hope for survival.

Like Armageddon from the bible Capitalize Bible.

The best we can do is to die with one another

Cause we know we love each other<3 Good ending...but ditch the heart. It takes away from the meaning of the poem.

Overall:
Great job! This was really...different. There *are* other apocalypse poems, but they're usually more like, 'the world is ending because of global warming' or something. Yours is just stating the fact, which is refreshing. So, way to go. The things I pointed out were small...I can't find anything else to critique! Keep writing!
