Here's our character!

Name: Lorcan (Irish in origin means Silent or Fierce.)
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Age: 19
Appearance: He's tall and solidly built with curly, red hair and almond eyes. His nose is crooked from being broken and never properly set and his chin juts out. He stands tall and walks with his shoulders thrown back. When people speak to him, he does not meet their eyes.
Position: A mute labor worker valued for his strength.
Personality: Independent, strong and sensible. He makes no attempt to communicate with the others, acting withdrawn and aloof. When he really has to respond, he will write something down in a fluid, elegant hand-writing.
History: Originally from a reasonably noble family, Lorcan broke his nose while sparring with his older brother. He refused to have it set as, in a way, he was proud of it. Slavers tried to capture him not long ago and his brother died in an attempt to defend him.

Would it be okay if the girl and her mom that came to see Deaven would be NPCs?

The problem with the girl is that she’s a child, which would make using her difficult. The slavers took us with a purpose in mind. Labor, Love, or Exotic. What category would the girl fall into? Bit young to be useful as a labor slave; she’s human, so not exotic, and I don’t know about love slave. Too young by normal standards, but who knows what kind of masters we’re being sent to?

Can't labor slaves be used as maids, who don't get paid? So she could be one of those.

That's unlikely for as young of a child as you portrayed.

Final ruling--the child would have been brought on board to be sold as a love slave, if anything. If you're okay with that, she can stay.

I thought Eamon and crew were in the galley? And it was just Deaven in the captain's room?

Most people are in the mess hall/galley - Deaven went off to the First Mate's cabin -- although, generally they don't have cabins XD. Particularly extravagant ones do, I guess,

Currently myself, Eamon, Shirin, Mars and Rae are in the Captain's cabin.

Deaven has now been rudly thrown out of the cabin he was sleeping in. So he is looking for something to do.

Could he go and speak to eamon????

Also! Mat says he can't post till Kitty gets on, Kitty can't post because it's not her turn, Jiggs claims to have been working on a post over the past few days but has not yet posted ( ). Rather comedic, actually.

But really people. Jiggs, post or die via ninja attack. Mat and Kitty -- maybe work something out on MSN next time you're both on so that you don't need to rely on each other so much for your posts. Maybe give a basic formula for if one of you can't catch the other after a couple days of trying?

Or the ninjas will get you, too.
