Prophecy of the Hated Savior
As Told From the Ballads of Ages Past
.
.
She who was exiled by those who should have loved her,
She who was cast away and called shameful,
She who was her own mother's demise,
She will save you all.
When the days come that the wicked excel in power,
And those called 'good' raise no hand to stop their fate,
Only she whom you all cast away wit fear and hatred in your hearts,
Only she will be the one to stand up
And face the depraved souls that seek rule.
She who was not blessed at birth,
She who could not fly, or be healed when hurt,
She whom is untouched by the marvel of enchantment,
She will save you from the tainted hands of the wicked.
She is the one you cast out in shame,
Andd she is the one who will save you.
She will save your children,
And your children's children.
Despite the suffering you forced into her heart,
She will save you
And you will praise he name of the one you exiled
With fear and hatred in your hearts.
She will never forgive you,
But someday she will free you.
And it is you who will be shamed
As you sing her praises
And speak her name with respect.
Insperation is like a shower; it always wears off. That's why it's recommended daily.

Hmm, just two spelling mistakes in here.

cast away wit fear

*with* fear

that seek rule.

"that seek *to* rule" maybe?

Fantasy authors always seem to love a good ol' prophecy, I myself do, but are you going to put this in the story, or is this just a sample of the vibe you're trying to create?

I like it, and look forward to reading the piece itself, and I get slight Sara Douglas vibes from it; have you read the Wayfarer's Redemption trilogy, or the Axis Trilogy?

Anyways, nicely written,

So you're going to kill a god. Sure. But what happens next?

Diary of a Deicide, Part One.
