For Bee

For me, this is the final parting gift.

But I wish I could be here for you all.

The shadows of my life, never to lift.

The fear of the monster inside, my pall.

The charade of life made worse by fear,

Expecting the worst when the monster roars.

But when her face I look upon I cheer,

And my spirit, much as the eagle, soars.

Her face carved by angels, shines in the dark.

She is my guide, through bad times and much worse.

She stands through tempest, an ever-fixed mark.

Upon those who shunned me she placed a curse.

She, the dark lady, my one real true love.

A sign of hope for me, much as the dove.

Oh wow. I think this is one of your best pieces. I really do. When you said, She is my guide, through bad times and much worse, I think that the wording is messing with your flow. That's my only nitpick tough. Good job, as always!

anyway after reading your title "for Bee" i thought it was going to be about a bee!

How wrong I was for I assume "For Bee" is for someone you love?
or at least Like?

I really loved those last to lines

It reinforces the emphasis on the Meaning of the dove being as a messenger of Hope
as it is in nature

like in the bible When god flooded the Earth And Noah asked God when it was safe to come out of the Ark God sent a Bird to show a sign of Hope
I believe it was a Dove as They Symbolise a Promise (God's Promise) although it may be misconstrued As the Rainbow was the Sign that God shall Never flood The Earth Again
But I like to think they both have significant meaning
