See for me, my "coding" is more bioinformatics and less computer science, if that makes sense? So I can work from the terminal fairly comfortably, but all the coding I know is only relevant to uploading/cleaning/analyzing/visualizing data and is very much a means to an end for me. And most biologists are utterly terrible at it haha so I'm above-average in my coding ability in my field but am objectively terrible at it haha
