Try adding noses to your subjects. It will give their faces more life, if you care to do so.
And please give some sort of indication that the picture is of...violence. It caught me off guard, if you know what I mean. Also, drawing with more detail might be a good thing to experiment with. Colors are fun to try out.

Take some anatomy classes. c: It'd help tons. And draw with a thinner pencil.
