Rabbit is a slender, fairly pretty young woman of but 20 years, with unremarkable hazel eyes and light brown hair that has been recently cut short and dyed a shade of red that is already fading. She lives with her boyfriend, Oniisan, age 23, in a one-bedroom apartment that is actually quite nice. They have neither pets nor children, and they do not plan to have either at any time in the near future.

During the day, Rabbit is a government employee, working a 7-3 shift processing corrections to vital records such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates... you get the idea. In the evenings, she likes to hang out with her boyfriend or her best friend, Quaker, who is also 20. When she's not hanging out, she likes to watch Law and Order and Adult Swim cartoons on her DVR. She likes to do puzzles and often buys puzzle books from the store. Her weekend activities include camping, hiking, partying, and more TV. Somewhere in the middle of all that, she manages to squeeze a bit of reading, though not nearly so much as she did when she was younger. As for writing, well, who has the time? But she tries.

Rabbit's plans for the future are at once ambitious and lowly. She and Oniisan plan to buy land north of the Palmer-Wasilla area and build what they hope will one day become something of a commune. The name of the plan is "Project Avalon." Rabbit and Oniisan intend to build a cabin there for themselves and begin a subsistence-living lifestyle, while encouraging other like-minded young couples to join them. The estimated launch date of the project is 2015, giving the pair seven years to save money and lay plans.

Meantime, Rabbit is practicing her writing, for she hopes to bring in extra money at Avalon by selling stories and, perhaps, if she is lucky, novels. Her favored genres are science fiction and horror, and she loves to mix the two up with sex and romance. Currently, she has a number of fairly well-developed novel plots that need to be outlined and prepared for writing. However, she is mainly concentrating on short stories at the moment, as she has not written seriously in some time, and is a bit rusty.

As for her personality, Rabbit is very shy and withdrawn. It is difficult for her to interact with people IRL. In fact, she rarely speaks with anyone outside of work save for the above-mentioned Oniisan and Quaker. She is forever lost in daydreams and fantasies, and has deep-rooted fear issues which she cannot explain, but which she is desperately trying to overcome before they destroy the life she has laid out for herself.

And that, essentially, is everything there is to know about the girl known as ProfessorRabbit.

Tell your boyfriend his name is really cool. I've never heard of it before, but then again, who's heard of a boy named Sadie? Quaker is a really cool name too. Are you making this up and is your name really Rabbit? If you are then bravo, you have a wonderful imagination. If you're not, you have an interesting life that I alomost envy.

It's nice to meet you, I'm Sadie.

XD No, no! All of those names up there are made up to protect the identities of those concerned, just in case. Quaker is a name my friend picked up when he went to Oregon and got into the rave scene there. He uses it online. Oniisan is a nickname I use for my boyfriend as a joke, dating back to the time when we watched a lot of anime porn and it was always "oniisan" this and "oniisan" that and "no, oniisan, don't look at me there!" lol

Oh, and Rabbit is just a name I use for myself because it pretty accurately describes me. It's also my Chinese zodiac sign. My real name is actually much cooler. I'll tell you what it is: Persephone.

And Quaker, whose first name will remain anonymous, has the coolest last name ever: Moriarty

I suppose I'm secretly envious of people who have surnames like Moriarty. It's just so... so thing, you know?

That's cool, having your Chinese zodiac sign as your name. I'm a monkey, which doesn't have the same ring to it as dragon or cat or rabbit, really. Meh. Being a capricorn makes up for that, though.

Heh, well, like I said, too much anime porn will do that to a person. :P

TLG - Psh. As a Sagittarius, I am sooo much cooler than a Capricorn. XD And, yes, I'm totally jealous of his last name. I wish I had it. Mine is boring.

when your first name is so interesting, I don't know if it matters if your last name is boring
How am I not myself?

It doesn't, really. Since I'm female, it's likely I'll be getting a new one at some point. Statistically speaking, I'd say sometime in the next decade. XD

Lol. You seem like a cool person and I think it's pretty sweet that you live in Alaska (at least I think you mentioned that somewhere). I think you did a nice job describing yourself, though your profile does an equally good job in my opinion. You have some pretty interesting ideas for your future. i've always wanted to at least grow some of my own herbs and spices/ vegetables and fruit when I "grow up" so I can somewhat relate. Seems like a good setting for writing. Good luck.
Is it any wonder I'm tired?
Is it any wonder that I feel uptight?
Is it any wonder I don't know what's right?

I just realized that you live in Alaska.
How odd! I have a cousin up there.
How am I not myself?

All of my cousins live down south. XD

But, yes, I've lived in Alaska's capital all my life.

I wonder if people felt the freedom in our culture to love louder, if they'd be quicker to say "I miss you" when the absence of someone is felt instead of just thinking it.
