Plans for The Summer of 2005?

Anyone have plans, goals, or events going on in the summer?

Plans:
-A possible camping trip
-Getting a job
-Maybe going on a small road trip
-Possible vacation with family
-Possible vacation with friend's family

Goals:
-Get a car
-Spend my summer free time just working out, relaxing, and writing

Events:
-Taking Civics (along with the Constitution Test) in summer school so I can have Early Dismissal every day for Senior year
-My 17th birthday
-Finally getting a damn driver's liscence
-Moving to a new house

Wow Aniar you have an interesting summer ahead of you. I don't. Unfortunately, I don't get out until the middle of July and I have to start back the first week of August. However, we have to family reunions--one in Texas and on in Detroit, I think and I'm going to Six Flags with my best friend since forever and some of her friends from school. Other than that, I'm not doing anything else. I guess I'll have an o-kay summer in the two weeks I actually have of it.

PLans:
-GOing on a train trip to Seattle.
-By dance dance reveloution for PS2
-Go to Valley Fair and ride Wild Thing

Goals:
-Read some books.
-Do some comunity work with my church.(already know i am going to have to so i guess thats a plan.)
-Write.
-Try to get me parents to leave me up north in the wild with a laptop and a cellphone.(joking)But trying to get a cellphone.(I think another plan)
-Ride WIld thing and try to beat my record of 12 times in a row.

Events:
-Buying a Pac Man frog.
-Rearranging my room.
-Making my room cat proof.

A Pac Man frog? What the heck is that?

I'm going for an action packed 'oliday. Wind surfing n'all that.

Next year, oooh, next year will be IMMENSE. I'm going to Africa for a week of white water rafting!! I may drown, but its a risk i'm willing to take.

i'm just looking forward to sitting in the park, eating cheesy snacks, making daisy chains and doing cartwheels etc avec ma copines. wheee.

Summer ees fun.

Plans:

-Work at my evil job (a.k.a. the Sno Cone Stand) so I can make money for college and car insurance
-Go on Youth Choir tour in Chicago
-Spend the majority of my time with my older sister before she leaves for Basic Training at West Point on June 27th
-Celebrate said sister's 18th birthday four days before she goes to West Point

Goals:

-Do a lot of reading just for fun, since I never have time during the school year
-Write. I think I'm going to make a word goal...last week I totalled over 10,000.
-Work out a lot...I am waaay too lazy for my own good. I also want to get a flat tummy... tee-hee.

That's all I can really think of...I mostly want to just chill. I had a hard school year. Yep.

Summer....

Plans/Goals

- Probably going on holiday to Scotland
- exercise more. practise tennis skills.
- finish writing some sort of story.
- go out more. meet some new people.

Events

- 17th Birthday
- Going to Middlesbrough Music Festival on my birthday.

My only goals:

Get better in volleyball, get a tan, and get my permit. As of now, nothing yet.

YAY! Come to Suburbia, USA! We need more British hotness around here! lol

Anyway my plans are (hopefully) getting some drive time in, volunteering at the library (best volunteer opp EVER), swim clinic, summer camp, the actual swim season that starts in August, probably going to at least two family parties, spend almost all my time reading or online, and deciding whether or not to pray the living room gets finished quickly (so I can get my life back) or slowly (so I don't have to practice piano).

technically my birthday is in the summer, but only a couple of days before summer officially ends. Adn school starts a little less than wo weeks before that.

As for my plans:
Read everything I can get my hands on
Write a whole lot
Volunteer three nights a week at Shakespeare in the park

Plans:

Silver Lake Band Camp in August
The annual camping trip with my family up in Jackson Meadow, California
Read The Poisonwood Bible for Fall 2005 class

Goals:

Finish a few chapters
Read the books I've started but haven't finished
DESTRESS
Work out (and lose weight)
Update my wardrobe
Learn how to draw manga
Experiment with water colors
Get my room painted
Get my driver's license
Get a job

Events:

June 24 - the first day I can get my license. Probably won't have enough hours by then though.
July 31 - My dad's birthday.. I should get him something lol.

That's all I can think of for now. Yeah.
