It proves how old I am when I remember every single version in those screen shots! Thanks for starting this site Nate, and improving many of us considerably. :)
You poor take courage
You rich take care
This earth was made a common treasury
For everyone to share
All things in common
All people one
We come in peace
The orders came to cut them down

I will always remember the August 08 setup as the one I joined under! It's great to see where YWS came from, and I love where it's going. :)

Ahhh I feel like a newb. I've only been around for the last two.

I've got so used to how YWS looks now that I'd forgotten how much it has changed! I've been around for those last five screen-shots, but it's odd looking at the earlier versions...

Ohwow. I recognize most of those. I remember those days. Crazy stuff.
[Griffinkeeper] 10:45 pm: The guard appears "We have weasels now!"
[Firearris] 10:45 pm: askes the guard for the weasel!
[Griffinkeeper] 10:45 pm: The guard gives Firearris the Weasel.
[Firearris] 10:46 pm: aquires the weasel and renames it "Cat"

Take that, Lumi.

I'm not so sure, but I think there was one around Oct/Nov 08. That was when I joined. With Bartimaeus (?) at the bottom.
'S good to see how much YWS has changed.

Wow... I feel old now. Nothing compared to you 05ers, though. I didn't even really remember what it looked like until I saw the shots.

I think I first found the site during the April 2008 design, but didn't join...then when I came back later, it was under construction, and I wasn't able to join until the new design was up.

Aw, the version in the April 11, 2008 screenshot is the one I joined under. Whenever I see that site I get a little sentimental. I love where YWS is now and where it's going, but that site holds a special place in my heart <3

Dear Nate,
This is my perfunctory "You don't have a screen shot of the notebook theme WAAAAAAAAH" complaint.
Cordially yours,
Bek

P.S. And yes, I did read your new post. Excuses, excuses... almost a year of YWS history, undocumented by front page screen shots!

I did find this interesting! I actually was thinking the other day -- no, but really, I think you get the point.
