Exactly. When you reach the center of the earth(if that were possible) you would be pulled in the other direction, so you'd be digging up.
And once you reach a point close enough to the senter, the ground around you would be puled by gravity and crush you.
If you could go all the way through, you'd better grab the edges of the hole fast, 'cause you'll be pulled to the center again.
