Well the title says it all. Apparently Big Sister are now in charge as opposed to Big Brother?

They're the Moderaters - they can edit, move and lock any post on the site (more or less), though they're not able to ban users at all, or modify the actual site. Only Admins can do the former, and only Nate can do the latter. I think.
