Fought more battles than the British Army
Seen more blood than a mafia quack
Caused more pain than contagious malaria
He’s a chronic disease that keeps coming back

Sunk more ships than the Royal Navy
Lost more loves than a black widow spider
Daddy’s rich; he’s a smarmy playboy
Had more tongues down his throat than cheap co-op cider

He likes a little bit of everything
He always wants more
He’ll pull you then he’ll push you
Yeah, he’ll push you out the door

Chorus:
He’s not just misunderstood
He’s totally useless
Scares the neighbourhood
With his lame-ass friends
A long time ago
I very nearly loved him
He pushed me away
And I stayed that way
I stayed away

Had more highs than a magic carpet
More to drink than the fish in the sea
Smokes like a defective chimney
An abundance of my teenage dreams

Chorus

Bridge:
I try to warn other girls before they fall into his trap
But they don’t listen to me
They say I’m just a jealous has-been
I got to go

I can’t stay here much longer

He’s not misunderstood
He’s totally useless
And I loved him
I loved him
I loved him
And I still love him today

Still love him more
More than you could imagine
And the rumours I’ve started
Caused him so much pain

I can’t go down that path again

[i hope i'm getting better- please comment when you've read it]

I like this song a lot better than your other ones. The metaphors were a bit weird, but they were original. I'm not much for literal songs, but this was all right.

"I very nearly loved him "

I thought that line was kind of iffy, but I don't know if you should change it or not. "Almost" would be a better word to put in there, but it might disrupt the rhythm.

Nice imagery. I like the chorus. This is cool. :)
Come sail the stars with me
Through the sky not through the sea
Come sail the stars with me
Take me hand and make believe
Come sail the stars with me
Through the sky not through the sea
Come sail the stars with me
Take me hand and make believe
