Okay, I don't know if this is supposed to be in the lounge, but I don't know where else it would go. :P

Is anyone here good with computers? My one's starting to act up a bit. For example, I can connect to the Internet, but when I'm actually browsing, it keeps coming up with "This page cannot be displayed," blah blah blah. xD I thought it might've just been Internet Explorer, so I downloaded Mozilla. It's better, but I still occasionally get the error. It's on random pages though, like Sanctum, here, everywhere really. I don't know how to fix it. Anyone got any idea what this sounds like?

Thanks if you can help. Much appreciated. :D

Specifically, no but I have two theories.

- How is your connection speed? If you have a generally crappy connection such as Dial-up, you'll get that error. If it's wireless, unless your connection is protected from other users within range, they can steal your connection, thus making your comp run slower or having the Net not working at all.

- You might need more .ram. How old is your comp? When was the last time you scanned it for viruses?
The sadness drains through me rather than skating over my skin. It travels through every cell to reach the ground. I filter it yet strangely enough, I keep what was pure and it is the dirt that leaves.

I'm on wireless internet, and my connection's usually decent. Ish. :P

And I've only had the ocmputer sicne about november. I've just gotten rid of a lot of stuff that I thought might be causing it, and my dad had a look. Seems to be going better now. Now that I've said that, I can guarantee that something bad'll happen.
