my parents have been divorced as long as i can remember. it's tough. you just have to grit you're teeth and bear it.
one thing that i haven't ever really understood is why they split. maybe try talking to your mum and dad about it. it can be cringey at the time but you'll be glad you did it at the end. About a year ago i found out why it happened and trust me it was nasty stuff-but painful as it might feel-it will sink in in the end-i promise.
my dad lives in South america and i haven't seen him for 3 years-and now if i want to get in touch it's quite hard-so i really regret not sorting it out in the beginning.
get someone to talk to. don't keep it all bottled up-it's ok to cry sometimes.
DON'T EVER BLAME YOURSELF either. it's not your falt no-matter what you get told!
remember that you're not alone in this-there are thousands of other children who are/have been through what you are going through. There is always someone worse off that yourself.
don't be too hard on your parents either. this is hard for them too.
