Official YWS 2008 Reviewing Challenge

Instructions:

Set a number of reviews for yourself to do, set a time-date, and then get to work!

Post in this thread with the number of reviews you have now, and the number you're going for. Then post again when you win the challenge, and we can all celebrate. If you're not sure about what your goal should be, you can always try for another star. Find out here when you're due for your next one.

I currently have 610 reviews, and I pledge 40 reviews by June 1st. That would be 650, and another blue star for me!


Prizes

The prizes for this are awesome. First of all, you get more stars under your username, or stars of a different color. Secondly, you get more reviews when you post your own work, which helps you improve it. You become a better writer and a better editor.

Goal

To get the reviews to post ratio up to 1/10 for the first time in YWS history. Ready, go!

Excitement!

I currently have 1614 reviews! Which is a big number, I must say. I will be going for 1700, and hopefully reach that by June 1. That's a total of 86 reviews. ^_^

I currently have 1168 reviews and will be aiming for 1250 which would be my final red star. That's a total of 82 reviews and I am aiming to achieve it by the fifteenth of May.

Why the fifteenth? It's quite simple. On that day, I will have been a member of YWS for exactly a year

My goal at the moment is quite simple and easy: to get two more reviews and, at long last, my third frakkin' star by tomorrow night. Shouldn't be too hard considering I'm about to post one of those two reviews I need.

After that? Hmm, 150 reviews by August 1, and maybe even five stars by my account's fourth birthday. Yeah!

Update: *le sigh* I failed my first goal, but I had family issues that night and was no where near in the mood to review.

My goal is going to be 50 reviews for the month of May

I have 339 reviews. I want to have 350 (and a blue star) by May 1.

I currently have 332 reviews. I want to get 350 (and my first blue star!) by my birthday on May 31st. I'm giving myself loads of time because my life's too hectic right now.

And while we're at it, I'm setting a more long-term goal: Two blue stars (450 reviews, I believe) by my account birthday on November 28.

I currently have 700 reviews even. A nice round number to start off with My goal will be to do 50 *eep* reviews from now through the month of May.

I did it! I reached 350 crits! Before May 1!

My next goal is... 400 crits before July 1.

I want to get 150 reviews, 75 more, by July 1 for a fourth star!

250 reviews by June 6th. That's 5 yellow stars in a year. (And I was gone for most of the year, too. )

I didn't make my goal. I didn't have as much time and general laziness. I'm close though! So we'll see how long it takes me to catch back up.

I didn't make mine, either. >.< I'll try for July 1st instead.

I'm at like... 110 right now, I think. And I need 150 for my next star. So I'll try and get that done by... tomorrow night. So, before midnight on June 4.
