Yet another newbie joins the site...

I just registered to YWS so I'm pretty darn excited. Lemme tell a bit about myself.

I'm 14 going on 15 and I'm hard-of-hearing. I'm very motivated about writing and hope to make it my career. But the one thing that chews me out is that I have never really finished a story. I write song lyrics, poetry, short stories, fan fiction and I'm trying to start a novel.

Well, that's what about me.

Hey there, welcome to the site! Just wondering if there's any particular nickname you'd like? Only, calling you writer really wouldn't work and deaf isn't the most complimentary of nicknames. There again, I should just stop being lazy and call you deafwriter, yes?

Sorry about my mumblings. So what genre's your novel? Maybe the site will inspire and encourage you to finish it.

I'm trying to write a novel too. I've never even come close to finishing one before, and I only started this one after being on here for a while. It got me motivated. I hope it helps you too, it's really great!
