I sighed, growling at my computer...again.

"Aliiiiice!" I whined.

"Yes dear?"

"Heeeelp!" Alice chuckled and pushed my rolly chair out of the way, taking over my computer again. I loved that girl.

I giggled, "newb," I muttered under my breath and quite easily fixed the problem. this is what happens when we have lots of snow days.

"I am not a n00b!"

"I said newb dear, n-e-w-b," I made sure to pronounce each word perfectly, "there's a difference."

She stuck her tongue out me. Haha.

"N00b...newb..." they both sounded the same to me. I shrugged it off as the morning announcements came on.

"Woot lunch!" I exclaimed, saving my work and waving Pingu goodbye in the YWS chatroom. She wished me 'be well' and I began pestering Alice to hurry so we could go eat.

I went incredibuly slow just to annoy her. Not even mentioning the pen I had ganked from her only moments before. She was eger to see her new cubbey hole, I sighed, the newbish n00b I thought and somehow I knew she knew what I was thinking.

She ushered me faster holding my diary hostage. I typed in one final sentence and chased after her.
I just lost the game.

I laughed and handed Alice back her journal, trying to shove it down her shirt as we walked down the hallway. I was quite unnsuccessful.

Ryan gave me a big hug when he saw me. I wriggled around until he let me go.

"Where's Matt?" I asked, blowing off the hurt expression on Ryan's face. He shrugged. "I'll be right back," I told the others, rushing off to find Matt.

I watched as Bella bounced away and rolled my eyes, her whole reason for dragging me out of the computer lab was because she was hungry. Oh well, I plopped down on the floor and opened my math book, determined to finish my homework before school ended.

My friend Andrew decided to use my leg as a pillow, I didn't mind really since he was helping me. Ryan sat a foot away and soon Travis joined us. "Why are we sitting in front of the bathroom?" he asked.

"Its where I decided to sit down and apparently everyone followed suit."
I just lost the game.

After walking down the hallway and not seeing Matt, I circled back around and went up to look at the lunch lines.

"Maaaaaaaattt!" I squealed, seeing him. He nodded at me, holding a tray of food in one hand which kept me from pouncing on him.

"Whats up?" he asked.

"Not much. Ryan said something about you and kitty getting in a fight?"

"Meh. She's complaining about nothing again. Pretty much she's mad because I proved her wrong with my logic again. I'm quite irritated with that too."

"What?"

"People! People and the way they lie! And the way that it's not just logic...it's Matt's logic. When honestly all it is is, quite simply, LOGIC!" he snapped, staring at me. "You've done it too," he noted. We were nearly at the group, and all of a sudden he was starting a new, more cheery conversatoin.

"Hey," I said then turned back to my mathbook, instantly I started whining. It made no sense! What the hell was I looking for?!!!!

"Andrew," I said in my almost adorable pitiful voice, "help me!"

Sadly he didnt' get it either, so I just did it how I felt and hoped for the best.

My stomach growled again, no I wasn't going to feed it! Except that rice crispy Bella had handed me.

I unenthusiastically handed over my rice crispie. I owed her it anyway...along with another four days worth.

Matt sat across from me, and i sat a few feet away from Kitty. I was in between her and Alice.

Lunch passed slowly, kind of dull as well. We talked a bit, spazzed a bit, nothing new.

A few minutes before the first bell rang, I stood up to leave. As per usual, Ryan, and Matt rose to follow me. As Matt rose, Ryan fell behind. Kitty followed Matt. And everyone else (Alice, God, Andrew) fell into place.

As we reached my locker, everyone scattered. Ryan faded to wherever, Andrew, Kitty, and Alice headed to band, God (Travis) went off to his class. However, matt couldnt walk me to history today.

"I have to go out to my car. See you later," he said, hugging me before going bye bye.

"Okay maybe skipping lunch was a bad idea, and breakfast." I said hazily as Bella, Andrew and I made our way to the library. I kinda felt like I was going to faint.

"You got money?" Bella asked.

"The money mom gave me for lunch..."

"After we drop our stuff off lets go get food."

"Okay," I agreed, apparently I needed more than a rice crispy ever 14 hours.
I just lost the game.

We left the library, enjoying the spring day. It was the third or fourth nice day in a row, and yet there was supposed to be more snow on Saturday.

"What are you doing?!" Alice screamed as Andrew and I ran across the street in between oncoming traffic.

"Come on!" we shouted from the other side of the road, near the ice cream shop.

Ronan

I watched them from the alley. The other two were funny, playing around and running across the street like that. The best part of being fifteen -- no worries.

"Here," I said, sliding my hand into the hand of the girl who had been left behind. Alice, they had called her. She looked at me and froze. I smiled, ignoring the odd glazed look in her eyes as I dragged her across the street.

Somebody who wasn't one of my friends dragged me across the street. Should I be disturbed? Probably. But when he let go of my hand once we had crossed the street I knew it was okay.

I ordered some curly fries for me and some normal french fries for Bella and Andrew. They owed me now.

Ten minutes later we were sitting on one of the tables eating and I was starting to feel better. But the guy who had dragged me across the street was still standing close by.
I just lost the game.

"I'm Ronan," I said, trying to make conversation.

"Hi Ronan," the girl whom I had dragged said, smiling at me. She seemed rather nervous...or more so, surprised that i was speaking to her. "I'm Alice."

"And I'm Bella." the other girl waved. She seemed nice, but I was much more distracted by Alice.

"Nice to meet you."

"Why haven't we seen you around before?" the boy, who Bella had called Minion, asked.

"Oh, I just moved here," I replied.

Noelle, you can lead a writer to their computer and give them coffee, but you can't make them write.
