The white haired officer sat thier watching the sky line. The orange pink color of the sunset belded with the blue of the daytime sky. Ume smiled, the days had been long and boring for her. The endless paper work had just ended for her. Now her time was her own and she was free to do with it what she wanted.
"Maybe I can see Captain Hitsugaya today?" Ume wondered.
As the red glowing sun peaked below the horizon, Gatame poked her head over the roof- to see what Ume was doing.
"Hello Udaro-Sempai." She greeted.
Ume was Gatame's superior, since they are in the same squad(10). Gatame always looked up to Ume- but they are close friends.
Ume smiled." Oh, hello Gatame-son. What brings you here?"
Gatame sat next to Ume. "I see you are finished with all your paper work, am i right?"
Ume nodded. "I have a question. You've been acting strange, why Ume?" Gatame asked.
Ume kept looking foreward." I don't know, maybe I'm catching a cold."
Truth be told Ume really didn't know, something was growing inside her, moving. But it wasn't alive. Ume was scared.
"Hey Gatame, have you seen Kaku? He said he wanted to ask me something." Ume asked back.
Gatame sighed."I'm sorry Udaro-sempai, but no I haven't."
Ume nodded, as they both watched the sun vanish under the horizon, and the sky turn black.
