He saw the wolf girl again- Sam. He walk to, hearing her hiss. "I am sorry for today, might I make it up to you by treating you to dinner?"

Sam~

Tsune bit Sam's ear, making her look at him. He nodded and barked. Sam sighed and turned back to Shiro. "I guess," she shrugged.

there it was; senpai. after walking all day i was exhausted. i drew my hood further down my head and walked faster to the inn. it was a favorite of mine. then i realized the assassins would know and look for me there. i walked past to an inn at the other side of town. i paid for my food and board and i ate till i couldn't eat any more. i felt someone staring at me and i caustously looked up but couldn't see who was looking at me. the feeling continued all evening. the aura though felt fimilar. i knew whoever was looking for me even though i couldn't see them. i made my way to my room intending to fly out the window into the night. i couldn't risk anyone recognizing me. i heard a knock on my door. i froze as someone a male voice said
"can i come in?"
i didn't reconize the voice but it seemed fimiler.

Shiro-

They sat at a pub table. "Order what you want." Shiro told her.

He didn't order anything. While Sam ordered a steak.

Sam~

Sam smiled as the food came and Tsune wagged his tail, letting out a puppyish bark. "Thanks," she said to Shiro. Tsune jumped off her shoulder and began eating the steak the second it hit the table. Sam pushed him away, cut the steak into smaller peices and then let Tsune have at it. "Sorry, I'm not hungry...but he was." She smiled slightly and turned her gaze back to the shrunk wolf.

Shiro-

He nodded. "Yeah, he is pretty cute."

Sam smiled. "yeah his name is Tsune."

The dog bit down another piece of steak.

Sam~

Sam smiled. "This dude is the same one that was with me when you drew your sword."

"Really? This is him?" Shiro asked, slightly amazed. Sam nodded. All of a sudden the inn door was busted down and four guards stood in the doorway.

"We're looking for a were-wolf. She's been charged with murder of a man," the middle guard blared, wavering a picture. "She's got a bounty of two-hundred gold coins on her head," the people in the inn began whispering excitedly. "She's extremely lethal!" The four guards walked all the into the inn, studying everyone in there.

"Crud. I've gotta go. Thanks for the steak." She flipped five gold coins onto the table and rushed towards the guards, Tsune growing larger and throwing them aside. Sam ran next to Tsune until arrows started flying. She grabbed his fur and pulled herself onto his back, running out of Senpai, hoofbeats close behind.

"Jump in the river?" Tsune growled.

"No, over. Horses won't follow one that wide." She replied. Tsune snarled and picked up speed and the pulled close to the river. In one leap they were over. Sam could hear guards yelling from behind her and shooting arrows. One arrow wizzed past, grazing her ear. The second however, stuck in her arm. She screamed in pain, but kept a hold on Tsune.

They soon came to a stop, Sam tumbling off Tsune's back and gripping her bleeding arm tightly. "It hurts," she whimpered.

"I can pull it," offered Tsune.

"No, the tip will get stuck and infected. I'll have to push it through the rest of the way." Sam winced as she moved her arm. "God I wish there was another human here."

"Am I not human en-" Tsune got cut off as Sam glared at him.

"No," she spat painfully.

Shiro-

He followed them. Taking care of the swordsmen on the horses. "Too easy."

Shiro noticed some motion on the other side of the river- it was Sam and Tsude.

" I-i guess I should help them out some more." He whispered as he prepared to cross the river.

Sam~

Sam gripped the arrow shaft in her hand, pushing as hard as she could. She whimped in pain as it broke through the other side. Tsune bit the end of it off and she pulled it all the way through, blood swelling at the area. She ripped a peice of her shirt and wrapped it around her arm, tying it off with her teeth. She gritted her teeth and burried her head in her knees. "It hurts," she whimpered.

Shiro-

Now that he was on the other side of the river. He stood before Sam and Tsude.

Tsude growled. "Its ok, I won't hurt any of you." Shiro exsplained.

Sam~

Sam looked up at Shiro. "You better get out of here before they charge you with some ridiculous law." She growled, wrapping her arm tighter then moving to her ear.

selena~

i let instinct take over i jump out the window even as i heard the young man cursing behind me. i saw two forms run out the front door and towards the river. they jumped and one was hit with an arrow the kings men! i thought in panic but i man came out and killed them all before going across the stream to the wounded form. i soared towards the north. towards the mountains of dawn to continue my quest. my thoughts triggered some memory but i couldn't think right now i had to leave before more kings men arrived.

((Hey guys, is there any way we can bring Quinn into the story? She's at her fort with Selena's mother so that might help bring her in.))
