What does a red name mean?

Sorry if this is common knowledge and annoys someone...but what does it mean if your name is red?

I didn't get it until I read something on it. It was annoying though, not everyone was red either. I think it is just the people that are on the time zone that is still on April fools. I still dont' like it *Rubs eyes* to much red.
