Once in a great long while,
The queen awakens from her lonely slumber.
This long and peaceful slumber,
Causes the queen much pain.
She sees blackness when she awakes.
Her eyes are tinted red from pure bloodlust.
Her dreams have disappeared before her eyes,
And she now awakens to that which is called 'reality'.
She sees her kingdom before her now,
Filled with gloom and agony.
She sees despair among all the faces now around her.
She sees the river running red with blood,
And time looks as though it has slowed down.
She watches as what she has come to know and love,
Slowly gets torn away from her,
Before her very eyes.
Who is the cause for her misery?
No one knows for sure...
Was it you?
Or maybe me?
Or maybe it was him?
Everybody thinks it was him...
He turned her into something she isn't,
Caused her to feel the pain of everybody else.
Made her love him,
Only so he could tear her heart out of her chest.
After ripping her heart out of her chest,
He stomped it on the ground.
Then placed it in a shredder,
So that it could never be fixed again.
But he didn't count on the other one.
The other one showed up not long after,
And talked to the queen.
He talked to her day and night.
Helped her when she was weak,
Cared for her when she was sick.
He became her shoulder to cry on,
And her crutch to lean on.
She felt alive with him around.
She felt her heart beating again.
She felt her body get warm again.
She left the empty,cold shell that he had made her,
And moved up to a new,more warming life that the other one had let her know existed.
Finally,the queen realized that which was being destroyed in front of her,
Was not what she had come to know and love.
But it was what she had hated and feared.
She knew that she must leave.
She must find the other one.
The other one which had fixed her broken heart.
The one who helped her dream again.
She found him...
And now she wanted only the other one
