"I was going to go save Liz from that...that..." I couldn't finish my sentence. I was so mad! I was fuming! How dare he?! after what he did to her yesterday!
Caralina grabbed his arm and made him look at her. "Remember what we talked about last night. Don't lose your head on this, it won't help her any." She said, "Please, just calm down."
Grace looked at the two, smiling sheepishly. "Didn't mean to interupt you," she joked, rubbing the back of her neck.
"Oh no, we didn't d-" Ryan began, getting cut off by a laugh from Grace.
"Sure," she smiled, "don't worry about Liz much. He's done this alot to her, especially on Saturday when her dad's not home." Grace smiled, soon turning it to a frown. "I-I'm just worried about her. She always tells me to get out of the way, only for my own protection. Last Saturday I inturupted them by slapping Tin across the face and I got a slice on the arm for it," she pulled up her sleeve, showing a long stitched cut.
Liz~
She heard Tin sigh beside her. "How about we just go to the hotel roo-" Liz cut him off with a glare.
"How about we go to the movies?" She asked, turning back towards the window.
"Certainly, love," he smiled wickedly, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. Liz growled inwardly. Jerk! He acts as though nothing happened!
I was furious! "I can't believe he touched you!" I growled. I wanted to kill him! I was so mad. "How dare he?! Who does he think he is?! Why haven't any of the teachers gotten involved in this? I mean...I know the principle won't help...but surely one of the teachers would care..." I sighed and let Carolina go, running my hands through my hair. "What is he going to do to her today?" I asked, mad, frustrated, and upset all at the same time.
"The teachers don't care about Liz. She's been acting out alot so they barely pay attention. The football coach was in the gym when she got beat up yesterday. Didn't even offer to help, he just ignored her. T-Tin is going to...well, I'm not sure today. He was acting a little strange this morning. He usually drags Liz to his car but today he just yelled at her. I got a test from Liz a few minutes ago," she opened her phone and gave it to Ryan, "It tells me to stay away this time and she probably won't be home till tomorrow. It also tells me to keep you and Carolina out of all this. She never lets anyone help her because she's an idiot and doesn't want any of her friends to get hurt.
I fummmed. "I don't care what she says! I'm going to help! She can't just stand by and let this happen!" I growled. "What if I got Tin to beat up me? The teachers would be furious! So would the principal...would that help any?" I asked. I wanted to help, badly. Carolina looked Pale. I knew she didn't like that thought, but I didn't care. I HAD to help Liz, somehow.
Grace sighed. "No, it wouldn't. If Tin was to beat you up, it wouldn't be on school premises because he knows the teachers would care. And Liz has tried telling her dad and even the cops but both ignore her because of her past record and because her dad hates her."
"What if I told the police? what if I let him beat me up off campus and then went to the police? Would they do something then?" I asked. I couldn't stand letting Liz get hurt. "I HAVE to do something! Grace, I can't just stand by and let this happen to Liz!"
"If it involves Tin or me or Liz or anyone else in the gang the cops won't listen!" Grace groaned and her cellphone went off. She took it from Ryan and answered it. "Hello?" She asked timidly. It was Tin on the other line. "No...I'm not! I swear! Let me talk to Liz!" A scream could be heard from the other side of the phone.
"What did you tell Grace?!" Tin yelled as Liz screamed in pain.
"Liz?! Liz are you o-" The line went dead and Grace was almost in tears. "Dammit," she went into her messages, finding one from Liz. Movies then hotel...i put a tracker on his shirt so you'll c if we go NE where else. Lg n2 the computer and it's already installed. She read it and instantly ran back to the house, logging into the computer and pulling up a tracking map.
I looked at Carolina worridly and rushed after Grace. "What's going on?" I asked. I was about to explode. I didn't know why I cared so much, but I did! I wanted to help! So bad! "What's wrong?" I asked.
**Luna, would you mind if I created another guy character for Liz who ends up saving her? Maybe one of Ryan's friends? or would you prefer to keep it like this?**
"Liz put a tracker on Tin, so I can find out where they are." Grace said, quickly typing and scanning the screen. The grabbed a peice of paper and a pen, quickly writing down the designations and running back outside. She pulled the keys out of her pocket and jumped into the pick-up truck in the drive-way.
"C'mon if you're coming," she yelled, cranking the car up.
