Maki-Chan is having trouble getting into the story. Could someone please bring her into the story? I'd do it, but I'll be gone for a couple of days. (starting today) If nobody does it, I will try to when I get back.

Hey, May and I talked about this. I think that it would be cool if the mentors were what is left of the old elementals and are training the new ones. Like the evil king killed off the old ones or something. If we can do that, I CALL WATER!
That would be interesting!! How about (before Sarnom came) the kingdom was divided into eight sections. Each element governed over one of those sections, and there was a high king over all in the capital city.
But the big question is *drum-roll* how did Sarnom defeat you? What does he have that can defeat the Elementals? (not counting armies, as there are some on each side)

Maybe each Elemental hated another and they couldn't fight together. Then Sarnom deafeted them one by one until just Jaden and Sam were left. They realized what was happening and tried to fight Sarnom, but failed because he'd gotten too much power.
Then they came here and discovered (through a dream or something) that the Elemental's power had been transfered to some of the people on earth (including their own) and Jaden got those glasses magically and Sam got his ability to see the elemental powers.

What is Sarnom was an Elemental as well, and he got so power-hungry that he killed all the other elementals except for Sam and Jaden? What if there were three other elements, and those three were those elements? But Sam and Jaden promised themselves that, after seeing what happened, they would never use their powers again? Or maybe they do still use their powers? *Shrugs* Just a thought.

What if he was an Elemental and he somehow stole the other elementals power, making his power stronger. Sam and Jaden escaped with their lives but the others didn't. Now if they try to use their power it would be like trying to light a fire in a vacuum.

Or maybe, because he was an evil elemental who betrayed the others, he wanted to steal all of their power. But before Sarnom could, Sam and Jaden took the powers, sent them off to those kids, but they didn't know where so they scoured the earth when they finally found them in New York. Maybe, are we really 21 or should we be older than we look? Also, which element was Sarnom? Was he like some unknown element?
Yeah, that could work. It also would explain why we all of us went to the same school. But I think that they wouldn't need to look all over the earth for us, they probably narrowed it down to the school automatically.

I agree. What element should Sarnom be? Risa says vegitation but that doesn't really explain how he is so powerful. Also, if all the other elementals are dead and only Sam and Jaden survived... maybe them being on Earth saved them from being killed by Sarnom.
I like the Element of illusion. That is sweet.
