Ok, since nobody else tried to review these I will do this for you.
On the first picture where the hair and the arms connect it looks really off. It just looks like she has hair sticking out of her arms. Also the eyes don't have anything special about them. They look a bit dull to me. Other than that very nice.
Now the second one, I really don't like this one at all. It is very sloppy, it looks like you just rushed through it. The lines are not defined at all, they should be much darker. The hair simply sticks to her face. THe lines of her mouth are crooked so they don't really look that much like a smile if you look at it. The eyes should be darker, and the head is just misshaped. I think you could have done way better on this, just by looking at the first one I know you could do better.
