garin

Garin looked helplessly at the others. "What are we going to do with him?"
Where are we going?

Arabella

"We can't very well leave him how he is," I said, watching him run around in circles. "We may lose him."

"Then what do we do?" Garin asked.

"D'you have any rope?" The others stared at me for a moment as if I was the irrational one. "Seriously, we tie his arms to his body, wrapping the rope from his shoulders to his wrists, all the way around his torso, and then two of us have an end of hte rope. We pull him along, he can still walk, and we don't have to worry about losing him."

Cap'n Raphael

I walked among the deck, noticing how much quieter it all seemed with so many people gone. Caralina was checking some of the sails for me while I examined the island.

All looked well from where we stood. I hoped it really was.

Garin

Garin began to lift Dierik to tie his wrists, but the pirate rolled away, ranting about Dogs and gasoline.

gasoline? he thought. What in heaven's name was gasoline?

Then a glimmer caught his eye.

"Hey!" he said, dropping Dierik. "Light!" He pressed an eye to the crack. "I think it's a door."
Where are we going?

[Dierik]

Dierik snorted, finding his friend to be completely ridiculous, "A door? What would worms need a door for when they have lightning bolts?"

He started laughing again, and Arabella caught him from behind, tying him up. A little confused, he started to follow, looking around for any signs of the purple flowers he was almost sure he had seen just a second ago.

Tugging at the rope and making sounds like a caged animal, he followed Garin.

Garin

Lightning bolts? Garin shook his head in pity, looking for a handle or a hinge or something.

*sorry, short...haha*

Arthur Hearthorn -- April 12th, 1650 -- Helmsman/Navigator

"Over here," I called, feeling the rock wall ahead of us. My hand hit something that felt like a handle.

I gripped it tightly and pulled. At first nothing happened. Then, with a great shudder, the door gave way and swung inward, throwing me backwards and on the ground. I grunted and stood, wiping the mud from my face.

Arabella was staring at me with wide eyes. I frowned, puzzled, before figuring it out.

"None of it got in my mouth," I said with a grin.

Ahead of us, sunlight was streaming through the open doorway. Outside was a path that cut through the dense jungle, and faintly through the trees, a small hut could be seen.

"Come on," Garin said, leading the way out.
Be the cartoon heart. Light a fire, light a spark. Light a fire, flame in my heart. We'll run wild, we'll be glowing in the dark.

***Switching the first person for a little while***

Caralina:

I looked the sails over to find they were fine then went back to find Cap'n. So much had happened and I was getting bored. I didn't know what to think of everything or even what to do.

**Something should happen on the ship soon. It's relatively difficult to post for it. Sorry Mabel, I don't know what to put >.< **

Arabella

We walked along the trail, and I kept a sharp eye out for anything strange.

"Wait!" I said as Thorn stepped forward. Something had glinted on the path in front of him.

"What?" he turned aruond to face me. I stepped in front of him, picking up a small string and pulling it a little. The ground in front of the string gave way, opening into a large pit.

"That's what," I explained, letting the string go.
