“But darling-“
I slammed the rusting door behind; flinching as it banged shut. My legs hurried body over the yellowing lawn and onto the gum stained sidewalks.
I snarled angrily and slung my long canvas bad over my shoulder impatiently. Millions of thoughts swarmed through my mind, clogging me senses and herding me into further anger.
I could hear the clatter of moms steal toe shoes against the cement, the urgent yelp in her voice as she called my name. Without looking back I sped up to a trot. She continued on yelling things and I could just picture her with her black tights and her shiny leather jacket and her puffy perfect hair, I shuddered and blocked her away from my thoughts.
But they just kept on pouring in. why? Why does she always have to be such an annoying hypocritical pain in the butt? Without waiting for the light to change to green I sprinted across the street nearly killing myself in the process.
A silver Mercedes screeched to a stop inches away from me, an Italian man poked his fat head out of the window and raised a fist in anger, “Stupid kid! Watch where you’re a going!” I strode forwards erasing this corrupted world from my mind and replacing it with just the bare floor and the bright sun through a large window.

I trudged through the streets until I reached a small church; I entered the old wooden doors, taking a second to examine the green paint that peeled from the water-drenched wood.

Then I was back in the room. This time another person was seated on the floor. She whore white pants and a white fencing jacket. Her brown hair was draped over her ears and pulled into two small braids that rested on her shoulders. She looked up, her face was blank and expressionless. I nodded and she rose to her feet.

I looked down at my small grey shoes, just above them was a pair of white pants and a white jacket, in my left hand I held my helmet and in my other I held my black foil.
I looked back up and the girl was a few feet away from me, staring vacantly ahead. I let the smallest smile flicker at the edge of my lips before brining my sword to my head and back down to the side in a salute. The strange girl did the same before pulling on her helmet. I put mine on as well and we snapped into en-guard position; my feet spread shoulder length away from each other and my knees slightly bent I lifted my and pointed it towards my opponent, my left arm obediently came up behind me and bent behind my head.

Then we dove into battle, she stepped forwards with surprising grace and speed, lunging into my chest, I knocked her sword away and stepped backwards. This time I was going to attack, I bolted forwards bringing my sword around hers and knocking it down before lunging forwards, my right foot hit the ground with a clunk and my arm shot out towards her chest, my left hand flung back into my leg and slowly my sword inched its way closer and closer to her defeat, then just at the right moment her sword slapped mine away and she plummeted forwards, I leant backwards in shock and watched as her blade soared over my head and into thin air. Seconds later I was lying on the ground, her sword was at my neck and I was panting.

Her expressions remained empty and filled with nothing. I pushed her blade down with a gloves hand; she lifted it back to my throat. My eyes widened with fear as it came clear that she wanted to cause me pain. I pushed myself backwards only for her to get closer, until I could feel the cold metal against my neck, I gasped and pleaded for mercy, but with no luck.
I blinked stinging tears away from my eyes and faced her blade what is there to live for anyways then I felt it, an earsplitting crack and right before my eyes, I saw the iron blade melting before me, melting into a silver water and dripping down my neck.
I closed my eyes and opened them once more and there in front of me was my mother, tears where streaming down her face and hands, splattering my face.
“What wrong mom”
She lifted her face from her hands and looked down at me, “darling, are you okay?” Her hand shot out and wrapped around my head patting me and kissing me.
“Mom, what’s going on?” I asked once again this time getting irritated.
“Oh, darling… I am so sorry.” She pled, “I didn’t mean to hurt you, I was just confused and unhappy” She let go of my face and wiped a stray tear from her eye, “please”
I blinked, “mom, I love you.” I smiled and she hugged me.

That day I went from melting hearts to melting blades.

Hey Vivi!
The story... was... amazing! I loved all the adjectives that you used, but there where a few typos?

clogging me senses
I think that it's my senses, right? Or did you want it that way? Or actually, I don't think that you can have it that way, only I when you use dialogue if the person is speaking. Had a long lesson about that by Camille...

why?

Capital "W".

a small church;

I think that there's supposed to be a comma after "church" not a semi colon. Not sure, but that's what I would put.

“What wrong mom”

Supposed to be a question mark after "mom".

I thought that the story was interesting for the part that I could actually understand... did her mom actually cut or what? I didn't get it. But still it was really good!
shanan-cat!
