Fairytales

This is the first piece I'm posting on this site..I hope it's well recieved. (: Dragons and dinosaurs and witches and ogers, trying to find dinner from a diner called Smokers, They find a cache of children ripe for the picking, squirrling around, having fun, running and kicking. Skinny, quick buggers they escaped them all, disappearing in the night to their mother's call. Running, rash through the darkness, lively and quick, making way swiftly, through the thin and the thick. Harshly breathing, gasping with desperate fright, barely reaching home, through the tussle and fight. They're finally inside, all snuggled up in their beds, but the monsters are back, this time in their heads!

This was excellent! The ending was oh, so clever (which you already know) and I thought that it was a really great fairytale sort of style with the right touch of gentle horror to sit you on edge. Great stuff!
