To be honest, I still thinkn you're being sexist by suggesting males generally go for looks women go for personality. I think women go for looks just as much as men. It's a cross-gender thing, rather than focused on males. We've been studying gender in psychology and there's no tests that have proved any of that. The only things they have proved are not relevant to relationships. Every woman and man is different, you can't generalise in such a way as that. My personal experience of women seems to show that they largely disregard personality just as much as men do. It's not just a male thing.

and i still just think you're just cynical and pissed off at girls and that women do go more for personality when it comes to looking for a guy. guys are way more into appearance. my personal experience shows that girls always tend to look more for personality whereas guys are more into how long her legs are.

while legs ARE nice, and DO add to the appeal, personality is MUCH more important thankies.

I've actually found that personality and looks do count with guys... in my hometown guys are more likely to date somewhat pretty girls that are vapid than they are really, really beautiful girls who are extremely intelligent because the latter scares the crap out of them. But that's just my town, I'm not saying that's everywhere.

I have one friend who gets ogled all the time, but has never had a boyfriend because she's the sweetest, most mature, beautiful, and intelligent girl you've ever met... it's really sad.

sometimes i think i should just give up. move to a small island off the coast, live in one of those weird beehive shaped clay huts and be a hermit. no people, no distractions. deffo no boys.

The problem with most guys is that they always try to impress a girl no matter the consequences. They are not being themselves and all there is on their minds is sex. Thats why those people ruin the image of man and make US look like pathetic losers or pigs. Most of them dont even know how to approach a girl. And forget one thing, girls SCAN every single inch of the man including the socks he wears. DId you knew that most of the girls HATE tube socks on trousers? Now you do.
